Ordered a Breakfast Patty Melt, fries, and a bottle of water. The wait was something, but the server acknowledged it and brought an apple turnover for being patent and something about half a sandwich. I looked at what she delivered to the table, and sure enough half a sandwich. Pretty sure I paid for a whole sandwich. The big question is where exactly did this half sandwich come from? Who ate the other half? This is some scary stuff going on at Krystal! Like Taco Bell, I will never go into Krystal again.

Was in there earlier today and got shorted a cornpup, and when I walked in the cook and the front counter girl was sharing a vape next to the fryer and didn't notice I was in the store for a few minutes. They both acted kinda startled when they noticed me, after I left I noticed there was sticky substance on the ketchup and mustard packets and the food was super greasy. I don't think I'll be back, I didn't think vaping was allowed in the store more less the cooking area.
On 12-23 I came for lunch and asked for chili and it was already 11:30 so you would think they would have chili. They didn’t and got offered pup chili instead and it was no good. On top of that the lady that took my order made it to go and I clearly said it was to eat in. Absolutely awful service and I won’t be back again.

Took almost 15 minutes to get 7 Krystal burgers. I asked for no pickle and got pickles (Im allergic to them) and they were soggy. Second bad experience there so I doubt I'll go back.

We got 10 krystals today an the buns were SO soggy they were disgusting .If wasn't for my sugar dropping an already down the road, I would took them back. The bottom bun had the brown meat color òn them from the saturation.

The burgers here are small, like a white castle burger. They all come with onions. You can not get a burger without onions. Prices were quite high. Our order was taken and made afterward. The burgers were dumped into a little box at will with the bun, pickle, and cheese every which way. No care was taken to keep the burger intact. Once and done for me. There's no reason to go back for a messy, overpriced steamed burger.

The portions for the price do not make this a great choice for economy. The quality and flavor of the food is also not exceptional, and seems like a knock off of White Castle. Perhaps another visit will change my mind, and you can check it out for yourself and see what you think.

30 mins for some Krystal Chiks!!! This is a joke. Absolutely unacceptable.
The drive through at night is embarrassingly slow. If your unfortunate enough to have cars ahead of you, add at least 15 minutes of wait time for each vehicle.
