My cheese krystals were hot and yummy. The fries.... not so much. But then again, I didn't go for the fries anyway.

Drove over here because Google maps shows hours updated by restaurant 3 weeks ago showing 24hours it’s wrong. I get there 430am and drive threw lights off and at the front door it says open from 10am to 4am in drive threw and 10am to 10pm inside. Hopefully google maps will change this because they wasted my time and I’m hungry.

I am still shocked. If I could give a 0 for customer service I would. I ordered a #1 no cheese 2 more Krystals and a small fry. I thought price of 18.66 was a little pricey. Got my receipt and ot said cheese on all Krystals. When I asked Brooklyn about this....I said it says cheese I ordered no cheese and she yelled to lady in back she's changing her order. Another lady came up and I explained again and she said I heard you say cheese. WOW. I did Not. She offered to refund order I told her to forget it. We are staying in the Gap it was late and we wanted a snack. Fries were cold when I got back. Krystals were pretty good. Terrible customer service
