Amazing food i recommend the slices and sticks and also an M&M brownie. I dont even like brownies but i love theirs its like a peanut butter fudge with chocolate and M&Ms

asked to pull in and wait went all around us, went in asked for the food after 20 some minutes rude lil worker said they would put in oven ..I wont be back

This place never has pizza ready to go. You always gotta set and wait for 20 mins on a pizza. What happen to hot and ready that’s the whole point of the cheap pizza grab it and go.

Waited around 15 minutes in the drive thru before someone took my order. At one point I made contact with one of the workers and she looked away and walked to the back instead of taking my order. Waited an additional 30 minutes on my food. It's ridiculous at this point.

Didn't get to eat couldn't even get service and I walked in.they prefer customers to sit on their asses and drive thru and have to park for another 45 minutes for pizza. So since no one wanted to take an order from a walk in and everyone wanted to look and run hide in the back yet no pizzas are being made or stocked.... Lazy and rude. Glad I didn't waste my money and I sure won't waste my time again. Do yourself a favor DONT WASTE UR TIME OR MOENY.

Avoid at all costs, messed up food and long waits. I have been here multiple times and I can count on one hand the amount of times my food has been right. They forget my sauces, they give me the wrong pizzas and forget my drinks almost every time. The manager is also incredibly rude, even when asking for the sauces that I paid for, she informed me I’d have to pay for them again. Save yourself some time and get a frozen pizza from a grocery store.

The service at this LC is like no other I have been to this one many times and now this is the only one I will go to the manager Jordan was very helpful and the service was the fastest I have ever had it was literally like he knew that I wanted a supreme lol me and the girls will be back game dAy ...????

Absolute worst customer service I have ever received from a “manager”. If you cannot handle managing/ working at Little Caesars, you should not work with the public. I have never been treated so horribly or rudely by a person, but “Kayla” changed that today. I will never patronize or recommend this location again. Saw another lady come in and get treated the SAME WAY when all she asked for was a plastic bag. “Kayla” could seriously benefit from some customer service/ relations courses and extra training on how to treat people that bring you business. To top it all off, pizza was pure cardboard. Bad business model “managing” at Little Caesars in Middlesboro, KY.

Terrible customer service, only gave two of three pizzas and none of the garlic sauce that was ordered. This wasn't the first time I've had an issue with this place either, I don't believe they've ever got our order right.

The food is good. It is hot fresh and tasty. The menu is simple customizable the dessert options are great and the drinks are cold. The prices are cheaper than other pizza places. Great for family parties or large group events. As it appears the hard-working employees do the best with what they have to serve you. While the upper management or the owners are nowhere to be seen. The drive-thru speaker has been out of order for over 3 years. The menu is outdated as well. And several other building repairs need to be done.
