Every time I go to this mcdonalds they leave somethimg put the teenage girls in the drive thru are rude me food is just threw together I got a fish filet and half the top bun was out side the box the starter sauce was not on the sandwich this place need new managers

We stopped to eat on the way to TN. Ordered our food and sat down. I took a bite of my son’s quarter pounder and to my shock it was raw in the middle. We took it back and they cooked us another one. It was even more raw than the first. I tried emailing the franchise but it kicked back.

Say and waited almost 30 minutes for three sweet teas. Multiple workers walked past our car, we asked them for updates and they walked away with no response. Finally one taking out an order stopped for us and brought us our drinks.

Nasty restrooms. Air conditioning not working. Employees messing up orders. I'll probably b back someday but won't b too soon, and won't be cause I have a choice

Absolutely terrible service. New problem every single time I go. Today was it. I ordered online due to time restraints. I go expecting to be able to grab my food and go, instead they tell me to pull up to the curb, which I refuse. I tell them they should've had it done already, to which they use the excuse that my meal could not be cooked until I arrived, which totally defeats the purpose of an online order takeout system. This isn't the first time this has happened. Whether it is slow service, them giving me the wrong order, or telling me to pull up and then COMPLETELY FORGETTING that I was even waiting outside. This establishment needs a complete overhaul. Management is terrible, most of the employees are terrible.
Update: It's been a week and the money and points I spent were not refunded. I was lied to about it. If you know what's good for you, go to the location by the hospital. Never had problems from them.
