Great local coffee shop! I'm only in town a couple times a year to visit family, but I'll be stopping by Mountain Mugs every time. Welcoming environment, friendly staff, and amazing drinks. Such a great experience. The staff were amazing! So helpful and courteous much better atmosphere then any of the other coffee shops in Middlesboro, KY. The guy making the food was charming and the young lady that made my coffee had great recommendations. Hands down one of the best experiences I have had anywhere!

Came in for drip coffee (Barista acted annoyed to make more). Poured 2 of the 3 drip coffees we ordered off a pot that was already made and realized when we left those 2 were luke warm.
