Amazing little hidden gem in Middlesboro! Don't let the older historic building turn you away. Family owned, the staff was very kind, and super friendly. We enjoyed conversation while our food was being freshly made. Let me add it tasted amazing!! Definitely will be back again when we are in town!

This is a pretty good Chinese place. The building looks kind of sketchy but don't let that fool you! The general tso's chicken is to die for! There isn't a lot of seating here so many seem to get their food to go- but there is some seating here. Seriously, if you like Chinese, give them a shot!

Don't let the exterior fool you. This place is very clean inside, the staff are super friendly, and the food is amazing. It's take-out only, no buffet, but it's the best Chinese food I've had for the price.

Probably the best Chinese food I have ever had! They only take cash or check but if you have to use the ATM just to try this—it is worth it. Good prices and great food! The family is very nice and the place itself is immaculate with its cleanliness. Do not be deterred by its “hole in the wall” appearance, this place is a hidden gem in Middlesboro.

The only thing that I didn't like was that they can't take debit cards

Great service and delicious food.

Highly recommended.

Note they are not as expensive compared to other Chinese places around.

When they say large it means large my large lomain could easily feed 2 people.

Family owned businesses are the best. Very good and tasty food, fresh, and the owners are so nice and sweet. If you want good Chinese food, come here!

After reading reviews, we decided to try New China Express. It is definitely a hole in the wall, off the beaten path experience but the food and staff were great. The food was excellent. Would have gave 5 stars but the inside dining area was uncomfortably hot, although I think it's mostly take out. Will eat there again for sure!

Delicious Chinese food, authentic! They don’t accept credit or debit cards, but don’t let that cause you to pass them up. Their food is very tasty and fair pricing!

This little hole in the wall place has the best Chinese food I have ever eaten. I would recommend it to everyone.

It doesn’t look like much but the food is consistently amazing, I’ve never had a bad experience here.

An unassuming little gem tucked off of Cumberland Ave. Hot and sour soup was packed full of fresh ingredients and great flavor. Seafood Delight...delighted my seafood-craving wife. And the Ta Chien Chicken was cooked spicy to order and again, fresh and very tasty. We're glad to make their acquaintance and look forward to many more dinners here!
