We went in for dine in. We were the only 2 in the dining room. We ordered a large cheese stick and 2 salad bars. We went to the salad bar and the lettuce was very brown. It was obviously old and had been on the bar awhile. I asked the waitress if we could get some new lettuce. She went to the back to ask a manager. The manager came out and asked me what the problem was. Which is very unprofessional. I told her that the lettuce was old and we would like some new. She told me. She’s not allowed to throw away lettuce. I asked her if she would eat it. She wouldn’t answer me. I was treated very unprofessionally and rude. I’ll never go back to this Pizza Hut. It’s shame the manager lost a 30 dollar sale over a dollar in lettuce.

Well, I oass this place everyday decided to stop in today , seen the sign for buffet. Its 15 after 11 and its not out ,the lady said they dont put it out til 1130... thats good for people who can take their lunch when they want I guess. But honestly as nasty as it looks and the fact the salad bar was already out and looked like it had been sitting g there from the night before , they probably did me a favor by not having it out!!

Ordered Big Dinner box with 3 pizzas that online should be rectangular pizza and got 3 small medium pizzas. Told me that was the size now, don't have rectangular pizza. No offer for discount or refund....$30 dollars for 3 medium pizzas 🤬

They seemed to be short- staffed. However, the manager did all he could to take care of us. The stuffed- crust pizza was delicious! I'm still more of a marinara person. The other dipping sauces were not really to my liking.

If you are picking up your order be sure to check it before you leave . They're apparently not competent enough to get it right.
We were staying at motel 3 blocks away. Called in order for delivery.. was put on hold 15 minutes. Was told they did not have Econo Lodge in their system. Gave them the address , room number , etc. Worst service . If you are short staff be up front about it. Worst customer service. I have placed many orders for bingo halls, American Legion. You have lost my business.

They gave us the wrong drink, with no refund. We ordered 7-Up, when we ordered Sprite—and mind you they never told us they didn’t have Sprite— and the 7-UP was only carbonated, with no syrup. But the food was overall good.

We ordered delivery and had order thick crust it was paper thin and tasted like crap we paid way too much for this bs never ever gonna eat at pizza hut again in middlesboro or anywhere else. My advice would be go somewhere else little C is better and that's saying alot. I'll just go get a cheese thick crust Dejorno and add hamburger meat and extra cheese and other toppings now baby that's a pizza.
