We were staying at motel 3 blocks away. Called in order for delivery.. was put on hold 15 minutes. Was told they did not have Econo Lodge in their system. Gave them the address , room number , etc. Worst service . If you are short staff be up front about it. Worst customer service. I have placed many orders for bingo halls, American Legion. You have lost my business.

They gave us the wrong drink, with no refund. We ordered 7-Up, when we ordered Sprite—and mind you they never told us they didn’t have Sprite— and the 7-UP was only carbonated, with no syrup. But the food was overall good.

We ordered delivery and had order thick crust it was paper thin and tasted like crap we paid way too much for this bs never ever gonna eat at pizza hut again in middlesboro or anywhere else. My advice would be go somewhere else little C is better and that's saying alot. I'll just go get a cheese thick crust Dejorno and add hamburger meat and extra cheese and other toppings now baby that's a pizza.

We waited for over 50 minutes to receive our food. Everyone that had arrived after us was getting their food, lady at the front said she forgot to put our order in when the place was not busy at all. Definitely do not recommend going here. Absolutely horrible service.

The pizza and wings were really good, but the service was terrible. We sat for 10 minutes before the waitress came to take our order, and we were the only people in the restaurant. It took another 15 minutes to get our pizza, but they had forgotten to cook our wings, so it took another 10 minutes to get our wings. Overall, not a good experience.

My family and I ate lunch there today. There was only one wait person on. We sat down , waited 10 minutes to place our drink order (my husband ordered a unsweetened tea and got a sweet). Other people arrived after us. Even though we placed our order the other people that arrived after received their food first. The gentleman I spoke with outside said that it depend on how and the orders where put in is how they come out. If I placed my order before someone who arrived after me I expect to get my food first before them. I wasn’t going to leave tip, but I did.

It’s petty bad when you gotta finish cooking your food when you get home because the establishment failed to cook your food. The cheese was barely melted and the bread was really undercooked. It was even busy and yall really dropped the ball on this.
