I took my kids and husband to eat and we went in, sat down, waited for 10/15 minutes.. Nobody spoke to us, took our order, gave us menus or anything.. So we got up and left.. Nothing was said when we got up to leave either. I also will say that I'd understand if they were crowded, but my family was the only one in the restaurant besides a woman who was already eating.

10/10 there was a spider at my table and they rallied the troops to kill it for me. That’s commitment and I love their country fried steak the staff was friendly I was having a hard day and my spirits were definitely lifted

Portion size for pricing is not equal. Smallest amount of hash browns and 2 egg omelet, wow. I'm glad I was passing through and don't live in the area if this is the same at other restaurants.

New store opened, was looking forward to the good food and hospitality, unfortunately… the food was cold, I mean literally from coffee to gravy cold, now it could have been the extremely long wait that we sat at the table waiting for, and also the fact that my order was correct ?? Unfortunately I don’t pay to sit and wait on cold food. Anyway, try Cracker Barrel, food is always hot and delicious, and honestly probably a little cheaper
We sat at the counter for 5 minutes. No contact at all, not even eye contact. They were not busy, 7 people behind the counter. Do better!!
