Last two times I was here the first time they wouldn't answer the button when we decided we wanted ice cream after our mill this time pulled in at 10 10 they couldn't make the ultimate meat cheese burrito said the grill was down that means they was cleaning it a hour before close come on now been a resturant mgr for years dont usually complain I know how hectic it is but you can't have a good business if you dont give good food and good service

I really wish I could give this place 0 stars. I got here 2 1/2 hours before they close. I press the button and 15 minutes goes by. No one takes my order. I press it again. Maybe 20 minutes goes by. The people beside us are experiencing the same thing. They actually get out of the car and go up to the window. They get his order wrong. And they finally take my order. We wait another 20 minutes for 2 sonic blasts. All while everyone is just standing around in the kitchen chit chatting like they’re all at a hang out. The workers are rude. They act like we twisted their arms forcing them to take this job. They all do not look the cleanest. They have a terrible attitude and no customer service. Something needs to be done

Slow as hell. I only ordered 2 drinks and they took 20 minutes to get out, I get it and it’s not even what I ordered plus it watered down from sitting. They sit and chit chat the whole time and don’t do their job. The women are rude as well acting aggravated over something they did wrong.

Ordered a Sonic Blast and Hot Fudge Sundae tonight and the woman said she can’t make those. No explanation given just said she can’t make them. She has an attitude. I would have been happier if she would have just told me the ice cream machine was out like McDonalds. Sonic is the worse anymore…never again.

Me and my friends came here Monday night and it was awful service!!! I usually love sonic but nooo not this time. My friend ordered a pretzel and they never brought it out so then she asked about it and the lady said she would bring it right out and never did so she paid for something she never got!!! I’m pretty sure the workers were all teenagers or young adults and they were very rude and didn’t know what they were doing!!! Would not recommend going to sonic especially at night…

Ok I went to sonic and when we got there it took us 20 min for them to finally get our order and when we got our order the cheeseburger was on toast instead of a bun and they didn’t even tell us until later that they were out of buns and the French fries were ice cold and one of our friends ordered a pretzel and payed for it and they didn’t even bring it out to them after they had asked for after the order was taken this sonic was AWFUL I will never go here again 🤮👎 Desperately needs new management!!
Got a smash burger it was horrible. All it had on it was onions, meat and cheese. Was nothing like it was suppose to be. I ask for a large pickle slushy and got a medium. They had no sides. The service is excellent and the people very friendly but the food was horrible and wasn’t worth 42.00 dollars. The smash burger was a big flop. I could of got a regular cheese burger somewhere else a lot cheaper.

Had mobile order said would be ready in 5 minutes. Went immediately waiting maybe an extra 5 minutes max. But food was cold and Burger was still nearly raw in the middle. Never Ever Again!!!

Eveytime Milk Shakes are half price at the Middlesboro, Kentucky Sonic their machine is always conveniently not working.We tried everyday for the week of the sale and it was down everyday. This has happened multiple times.
