Not only did they ring up the order wrong. I tried to to get my order corrected. The lady came outside and demanded - âI need the other one backâ without an apology. Pretty sure she resold it to another individual which is a major food service violation.

I went to order a root beer float wnting to reminisce the memory of childhood floats. It took them for ever to come out with my order but was very friendly and nice. It was just like old times. So if you like root beer floats its really good. Pricey but good. 3stars are due to wait times. They are always packed and you may have to circle around a time or two until someone leaves to get parking. Its actually easier to order for pickup.

Last two times I was here the first time they wouldn't answer the button when we decided we wanted ice cream after our mill this time pulled in at 10 10 they couldn't make the ultimate meat cheese burrito said the grill was down that means they was cleaning it a hour before close come on now been a resturant mgr for years dont usually complain I know how hectic it is but you can't have a good business if you dont give good food and good service

I really wish I could give this place 0 stars. I got here 2 1/2 hours before they close. I press the button and 15 minutes goes by. No one takes my order. I press it again. Maybe 20 minutes goes by. The people beside us are experiencing the same thing. They actually get out of the car and go up to the window. They get his order wrong. And they finally take my order. We wait another 20 minutes for 2 sonic blasts. All while everyone is just standing around in the kitchen chit chatting like theyâre all at a hang out. The workers are rude. They act like we twisted their arms forcing them to take this job. They all do not look the cleanest. They have a terrible attitude and no customer service. Something needs to be done

Ordered a Sonic Blast and Hot Fudge Sundae tonight and the woman said she canât make those. No explanation given just said she canât make them. She has an attitude. I would have been happier if she would have just told me the ice cream machine was out like McDonalds. Sonic is the worse anymoreâŠnever again.

Me and my friends came here Monday night and it was awful service!!! I usually love sonic but nooo not this time. My friend ordered a pretzel and they never brought it out so then she asked about it and the lady said she would bring it right out and never did so she paid for something she never got!!! Iâm pretty sure the workers were all teenagers or young adults and they were very rude and didnât know what they were doing!!! Would not recommend going to sonic especially at nightâŠ
