Good ambience, great place, Fast service
The lack of respect behind that counter is absolutely sickening. I just came in and ordered a latte and an iced tea. I got nasty looks from the blonde girl. My mother who has dementia was so disrespected by her. The nasty comments she was making towards us to her coworkers were uncalled for. I am here to visit and wanted Starbucks so bad but after the 30 minute wait I didn’t want it anymore. I guess I made the mistake of asking if it was actually green tea. Don’t work with customers if you can’t stop the eye rolling and the crude comments. I have never experienced such horrible service in my entire time of going to a Starbucks. And I have let corporate know.

We stopped in while shopping at FoodCity. After standing at the counter for several minutes while the 3 employees talked around us never once even asking if they could help us, we gave up and went elsewhere. Apparently this is a Starbucks display and not a real coffee selling location.

The service at this place is horrible, order coffee on a mobile app and you have to go stand in here for a half an hour why these people are four of them are taking orders from customers walking up and just ignoring everybody that standing down there waiting on their coffee, but yet don’t make coffee for people that walk in the door and ask for one

We was the first in line and over 20 people came in and I waited 25 minutes for one refresher and didn’t start on it until 20 minutes. People who got a refresher got them before me. There was 4 girls up there. They had AirPods in and talking and not basically focusing on their work. They didn’t talk to me or make eye contact and I was very nice. I didn’t even want my drink at that point. 25 minutes for a drink when they got everyone who came out before me

I was actually at foodcity. I will never go to a Starbucks. So I gave all one stars because I will never spend that much on any drink and take away from family needs or bills. I really cnt believe people do this.

I am pretty annoyed. Today I went to Middlesboro, KY Starbucks to get a Valentines Frappe. Once again, they didn't have any ice! This is personally the 4th time this has happened and I do not go to Starbucks regularly. This is the 4th time in about a 4 month span. I do not understand why they don't have an ice maker! Or if they do, and it keeps busting, get a different brand machine or something! It really stinks that this continues to happen and it seems, to the customers, nothing is being done to correct the issue once and for all. Other than at LMU, this is the ONLY Starbucks for miles! Fix the issue for petesake!
The young lady who helped me said that the Manager called them this morning saying to not sell frappes for the entire day. ON VALENTINES DAY! So yeah, I looked forward to treating myself on Valentines day with a Starbucks frappe only to get let down.

Get it together guys. I waited about 25 mins on 2 drinks to get made. And there was about 6 people behind the counter...this is exactly why I stopped coming there. They take to long to make drinks and don't even have the nerve to apologize to anyone. And they always seem to have attitudes.
Come in with my mom to get 2 hot chocolate One Americano with a splash of cream and one caramel macchiato they made the hot chocolate right but the Americano was wrong had asked them to remake it. She slammed the cup down on the counter told me to pour the cream in so she doesn’t mess it up. Proceeds to mess up. My caramel macchiato didn’t bother asking her to fix it because she gave me attitude and was being rude. Won’t be doing business there ever again and that’s at Food city Starbucks located in Middlesboro. I normally don’t do this, but that lady was rude for no reason
The lady that took my order got my order wrong twice and even after saying she would remake it, I told her what it was. She still made the wrong thing again. The environment was very hostile and overstimulating. The workers weren’t paying much attention to whose orders were who’s and left many people confused without the right orders. The drinks also did not taste good compared to other times and the food also was very cold and not good either.
Kid-friendliness: they were rude to the younger people and the elderly.

Gotta love Starbucks. A little pricey bit worth it. I highly recommend Starbucks atmosphere is always nice. Service is always great. And my coffee is always perfect. If you come this way stop by and get you a drink

I have to say, Kelsie has the brightest smile when she makes your coffee! She is so nice and so polite! Wish I could give her a 10 star rating! Thanks again for making my coffee with so much effort and time being.

Had my seasonal Praline Pecan Latté with warm slice of Banana bread while my husband had a venti Vanilla bean frappé & pumpkin bread.
We absolutely LOVED just hanging out watching Fox news in the comfy leather chairs while we enjoyed our Starbucks at this location.
