I have ordered at Subway in Middlesboro twice in the past two weeks and left a tip as well. Each time they barely put any meat on my sandwich. I requested pickles last time and got black olives. This time I requested for my bacon to be crispy and it was floppy as it always is. Now I know that other subway restaurants are not like this because I eat at the one in Harrogate all the time and it is always on point 👌 I wished that service was better since customers are the reasons that the restaurants are open. Obviously mistakes happen, but I feel like this happens more than not!

If someone asks for a sandwich and a salad a certain way, that’s what is expected by the customer. I have gave this restaurant several chances and I am fed up with the service that I’ve been getting. When I asked the person if my food was made the way I asked the person looked at me with a blank face and said I didn’t make it so it’s not my problem. I am sick and tired of being treated like trash in this store when I go to pick up my order. And I am tired of some of the Employees looking like they came out of a coal mine. Until things are fixed and the Employees start treating me with the respect that I am due, I will not be back. The main problem that I have is when I ask questions it’s not so I can hear myself talk. It is because I have allergies. Please hire employees that actually take pride in the work they do and that take pride in themselves.

This was the WORSE experience ever!!! I love Subway salads 🥗 but I don’t like a salad that doesn’t have half of what I asked to be on it! Something needs to change!! PERIOD! So disappointed

Honestly I’m very upset with subway at the moment. I ordered from them on DoorDash and they left out a Mountain Dew and chips. The food tastes fine but it feels like they don’t value their customers as much as they should when it takes them nearly 40 minutes to make an order and they don’t double check that they’ve given you everything you paid for.

I will not eat here again 😤 because I made a order online for two sandwiches one was for a footling tuna and the other was for a 6" ultimate BMT sandwich my receipt clearly saids the sandwich and I showed her my order and they did not make another sandwich, very poor customer service and they clearly was in the wrong , you can see the picture below

First visit, and had a great experience. Friendly staff, yummy food, and the restaurant cleanliness was better than average. I was disappointed however that Veterans are not recognized as at other Subways. This path builds consumer loyalty, and the owners should strongly consider adding it. Absolutely horrible service. The food isn't so bad if you can get the right employee to make it. I was there last night February 9th 2024 @ 6.30 p.m.. let me just tell you the tall brown haired girl that rang my niece up was the most rude public service employee I think I have ever come in contact. She was actually huffing and rolling her eyes because she was asked to make two separate orders and not add them together at the register. Then when she was asked for mayonnaise packets,that I would have more than happy to pay for, she did the same thing rolling her eyes never said thank u have a nice day never cracked a smile nothing. Just an Absolutely horrible person to have working with the public. She actually a lot worse than I can explain in this review. I left mad and in a bad mood. This is the subway in middlesboro ky off of 12th street just to make sure everyone know which subway I'm talking about.

The have a metal barrier hiding meat section. I'm not able to see what they have to choose from l, I don't know if the food is fresh and I can't tell if they are giving the correct proportions. All around this was a terrible idea and I'm not going back untill then undo this change.
