I love the Cinnamon twists. Lately there has been less and less cinnamon and sugar sprinkled on them. They dont taste as good when it is just the twist. Please add more cinnamon/sugar on the twists. They used to have a good amount a month or so ago.

Quality has gone way down. The cheesy gordita crunch is advertised as grilled and it was not. There was barely any filling in the taco, and I ordered black beans and rice in the drive thru, and I didn't even get utensils to eat with. Not what it used to be.

I am not a devoted Taco Bell eater, but when I go there I am seeking a certain experience, as I used to manage multiple units back in the day. The food was average, with portions being undersized, and the dining room was less than clean. The front counter person what's clearly not happy to be there, but also overtaxed with maintaining the dining room as well. The owners should consider having a Hospitality specialist that maintains the dining room and greets the guests to ensure satisfaction. We implemented this tool back in the 90s, and increase customer satisfaction by almost 70%, coupled with repeat customers increasing by 45%. Check it out for yourself and see what you think.

Worst experience tonight ever ordered 3 Dorito tacos and after driving home and getting them out they was barely any beef on them I'm talking less than half a teaspoon on each visit often but after tonight gonna find other option

There was only 2 people working, and they was quick to ask what I wanted and quick to making it and getting it to me, very friendly, place was very clean and up to par, very welcoming and makes you want to come back! I highly recommend this tacobell
