Managers do not know job duties. They do not make sure the food is made correctly. They actuality encourage making the food wrong.
When I asked her to tell me how they make a 5 layer burrito. I get meat, beans, sour cream, cheese. I reply what about the shells? We only use one shell here!!!

She replies, I can use 2 shells if you want me too. Yes! I want them made the right way. Slams the ones I hand her back in the garbage. I over hear 1 women say he's the one who called corporate on us a little while back! YES! I DID. I'll also do it again and again until you're either fired, or you do your jobs right. When I pay for a service I want it made or done the right way. Not half done!
Taco bell do better with who you chose to lead your teams. Your crews needs structure. supervisors are not friends. They are leaders and the ones you have chosen DO NOT provide either trait. I will keep complaining until all your managers are making each crew member do their jobs correctly. Even if it's twice a week, and I have to piss the manager and the crew off every time I'm there. GET IT RIGHT!

Worst fast food place except for McDonald's. Seriously they don't even qualify as Mexican food and their menu just keeps getting worse. Taco bell is the place I go when I'm broke. Not when I'm interested in good food. The only good thing here is the cantina chicken burritos and tacos. That being said, I've eaten here quite a bit and I've noticed that no matter what I get from the menu. Everything tastes the same. The people that work at this location are pretty nice though.

Very rude me and my family walked in to use the bathroom and they was raising there voice the lobby is closed ok then why do you have the lobby door open but just very rude not the way to be to your customers

Ordered some of those cantina chicken tacos and those purple onions they put on it were still frozen. Made the whole thing just taste like ice. Could barely even hear the lady at the drive thru too, she was barely audible while trying to order so I couldn't even understand what she was saying. They get real lazy on the late night shift

I order a 5 layer beefy burrito and the messed up 3 times and told me what they made was the correct order even though I know it was not. The manager at the time said she would re make it and still didn't make it correctly. And as I seen they was getting everyone's order wrong. I will never return to that toco bell agin as the treatment was wrong.
