Ate there today it was clean the food is excellent the service is unbeatable I go there every time I get to go to middlesboro and I am never dissapointed with anything its all around my favorite place to eat in middlesboro
Our family loves Taco Casa so much we drive from Somerset to Middlesboro several times a year! The food taste exactly the same as it did in the 90's, when there was a Taco Casa in Somerset Mall. Nostalgia at its best!

This is more in the vein of Taco Mayo (TexMex Fast Food), or Taco Bell (whatever genre that falls into), though I would say Su Taco Casa is better than Taco Bell for sure.
