Thank you for letting me call an order in then walk up to the window. Being a truck driver has its inconvenience's when it comes to drive thru. lol Thank you again
I love Wendy's burgers. Not crazy about their gravy and biscuits, but the seasoned potatoes were really good.
I came in so I could make sure my order was correct. I was 3rd in line inside, only took me 18 minutes to get my order taken.... watched people ahead of me divy up thier orders that were mixed... only 7 minutes into my wait for a combo and a separate burger... waiting to see if they can get it right.
10 minutes now... only 2 mistakes on my order, while making excuses to people waiting about how short handed they are.
and btw.. employees in customer service shouldn't...read full review
