I was charged for an order that I DID NOT RECEIVE!! I ordered on the app but then cancelled because the line was so long. I have tried calling the restaurant SEVERAL times today and have not been able to get anyone to answer! Absolutely ridiculous that I can call a dozen times and not receive any response. WORST WENDYS EXPERIENCE EVER!!

Love the folks that run this place. There's a guy in here that always greets you when you walk in and he's the sweetest. Wendy's makes some alright fast food. Chicken sandwiches especially for hard. But I love the folks that work at this particular location. I recommend it.

Nuggets wasn't even done ordered saucy nuggets they gave me regular and I ordered a chilli didn't even get it the nuggets I can rake the batter off and the host was named Cara thanks cara I enjoyed eating DOUGHY NUGGETS AND THEY AIN'T EVEN WHAT I WANTED she should be fired

One of the worst I’ve been to. I placed a mobile order, was charged for it, and pulled up to the drive thru to be ignored by all the staff because they were closing an hour early. Tall fella, red haired lady, long blonde haired lady. When someone finally did acknowledge me after a good bit of effort, she was rude and unhelpful. Every time I go to this place there’s something like this. I don’t know why I bothered.

My husband and I are truck drivers and we stopped here this morning. They have the sweetest old man working there and the whole breakfast crew was just sweet.... very rare nowadays.
Easily the worst restaurant in Middlesboro. The drive thru line is terrible, even when not busy. However, going inside isn't any better. My most recent visit took over 25 minutes to get a simple meal for one person. The woman working the register was overwhelmed, and the other employees were spending more time joking around and flirting with one another than actually making food or doing any sort of work. Genuinely a miserable experience. Never again.

A BLT sandwich has three pieces of bacon one full slice of bacon cut into is still one piece six pieces of bacon is 3 full pieces of bacon. The manager Jeff out there doesn't even have a clue to what he is doing and needs to go back to school and learn how to count. I'm absolutely not a happy customer. Please get a manager that knows what they are doing because this man stayed in the office the whole time and never came out once......a really piece of work.

We went to dinner there tonight. There was no one at the register, it took 15 minutes for her to be found. She came in from outside. The chili was lukewarm, there were no spoons, no ketchup, no napkins, and only three straws, Which has something wet all over them.
The last time I was there which was about five months ago no one could be found for the register at that time either.
For the prices they have, They should serve better quality, food, and employees who do their job like they should. Maybe I’ll try it again in another five months, but I doubt it.
