Whoever is working today deserves a raise, should be checking all other shift orders to go, and restored my faith in this store. Other than coming in to see our favorite worker (retired veteran who is just a delight to talk to and keeps the place in GI shape) our to go orders have been wrong to inedible. I have had to replace 52 dollars worth of food reording form another place as the quality was so dismal we could not eat it - and I am an ARMY INFANTRY VET. PEOPLE I HAVE EATEN EGG MREs.Our order was perfect, we had no condiments on the sandwhich we specifically asked to be condiment free, fries were warm and lightly salted, the Dave's burger had zero lettuce, and the drinks were perfect. Thank you mystery worker! You deserve kudos!

Excellent lunch! In my opinion, the best fast food option in Middlesboro. This Wendy's location is immaculate and well maintained. Very polite and efficient customer service. Extremely pleasant atmosphere experience in the dining room, which appears to be recently remodeled and includes modern upgrades. My partner and I visited Wendy's for the first time and thoroughly enjoyed our lunch. Although relatively busy, as it was the lunch hour, the service was efficient and our food prepared and delivered fresh and hot. Both of us had the Dave's Original single meal with cheese and fries. We both enjoyed the strawberry lemonade for our beverage. The Dave's single cheeseburger was absolutely delicious! The fries made fresh and hot, salted to perfection. The strawberry lemonade exquisite. If you've not treated yourself to Wendy's strawberry lemonade, you must!! In this part of the world there are not many restaurant options. Most certainly, Wendy's of Middlesboro excells in food quality and overall experience! Conveniently located directly in front of the Walmart Supercenter. Drive thru service window is also available at the location.

Wendy's is a fast food restaurant in Middlesboro Kentucky that specializes is making sure no one gets the correct order. If you told me they have a bunch of senior citizens with dementia behind the counter then I would believe you. Once again I would like to reiterate that Wendy's is horrible at keeping orders straight. If I had a dollar for every time Wendy's got a order wrong I would have more Money than the cashier could count because the it takes the cashier 20 minutes to found 10 dollars ( I paid in 5s) Also they had a hepatitis outbreak in 2020 because everyone that works there is so filthy.To lighten the mood I've included a picture of my cat.

Came though on a Sunday afternoon around 2pm (after the lunch rush). No Ice in the soda machine, all the sodas were empty, no napkins, no ketchup. The employees were very rude and resistant to fill our drinks from their machine behind the counter for drive though customers. Management needs to step in and help employees manage their time on the clock; why not spend a few minutes to restock napkins/soda/ice so people don't have to get back in line just to ask for a napkin or a refill......
