Opens to late for your morning cup of Joe (currently 9am on a Saturday and still closed) and closes to early for your evening pick me up. However, it is a nice little novelty coffee shop and fits the mold of the town.
Stopped by while visiting from Indiana on a 2 day girls trip and I have to say they served the best Chai Latte I have EVER had. Loved it so much I made sure that we drove back through Midway to get another cup for the road trip home!! Tasted the exact same as the day before :) I got the one called “Sweater Weather” (Chai Latte & Toasted Marshmallow)! I wish there was one where I lived, I would go there everyday! Better than Starbucks.
Coffee was great, loved the atmosphere. They had a great selection of bourbons. (I wanted to add a shot to my coffee but I was on pain meds for recent surgery so hubby shut that down ?)
We went with flavored Lattes, a muffin and to split and a pastry a piece. The muffin was great but the texture of the pastries was extremely dry and crunchy. It was not pleasant.
