I always love the food here.The menu is never same ols, run of the mill. Everything I have eaten here ranges from very good to omg so delicious! My favorite is salmon BLT. We drive from Frankfort just found out one opened in Frankfort. Next time!
Very nice little spot. Wedge salad and shrimp and grits were top notch. Service very friendly and attentive. Food came out very quick too. Id definately go back.

We were excited to go here given the positive reviews but left disappointed. Our experience started by being seated by a hostess rather quickly for a 1pm lunch hour service. That same hostess then came back to us to state "It looks like I'm going to be your server?" as equal parts statement and a question. We placed drink orders and an appetizer. The Ahi Tuna appetizer I enjoyed, though the Wasabi in the sauce was a bit too much heat for my wife. From there the restaurant got busier and our service immediately declined. We ordered the salmon blt and The Shorty sandwiches. However when the Shorty came out, I was highly confused. In place of braised short rib, there was pan griddles flavorless beef mince. Not having seen our waitress/hostess for 10 minutes, I grabbed another who stated she would ask the manager to come over... who never did. After 20 minutes of no service and no refills, we checked ourselves out at the front and left. Overall, despite how much we wanted to like this place, we won't be back.

Disappointed in our visit today. I ordered the beef medallions and they were undercooked but the portion was good. My husband's salmon piccata was swimming in sauce. The meal was capped off with the worst banana pudding. It consisted of 6 vanilla wafers, vanilla jello pudding, and sliced banana. There was no ingenuity to it at all. They should not have it on the menu. It is an embarrassment to the restaurant.

After a long day of walking in the rain to tour UK, we were exhausted so we ordered takeout. Our delivery driver was the absolute best - so kind! And the food was TERIFFIC! The meatloaf and mashed potatoes were perfect after a day in the cold rain! Total Mom comfort food! Can't wait to go back!

We've eaten here probably 10x and enjoyed the food and atmosphere. Tonight, however, was very, unfortunately different. We arrived at almost 7pm and were promptly seated in bar area. After a couple minutes, a girl came to our table and said,"Are you guys ok?" We didn't know if she was our server or just asking. We ordered 2 drinks from the bar, both of which were advertised in drink menu as using Tres Agaves Tequila. I watched the bartender make both drinks with the well tequila. One drink was supposed to have tequila, lime juice and blue caraçao. It was a huge beverage filled with old sweet and sour. As I finished my "Paloma", I noticed how disgustingly filthy my glass was, on the inside! So gross! We ordered Chicken Piccata. Soggy wet chicken, no flavor. The accompanying salad was served with balsamic, not the roasted garlic vinaigrette I requested. We also ordered the fried shrimp, which was ok. Our server, Caitlin, didn't ask if the drinks were ok, if we wanted another drink, and didn't ask if our food was good. We waited a while for the check, which had the undrinkable drink on it. We asked for that to be removed and it was, though we waited another almost 10 minutes for the new check. We're so disappointed, but will give this place one more chance at redemption!
