This is one of my favorite coffee shops in the area. I've been here so many times watching friends play music and enjoying a bottle of wine. Yes...wine. they have great coffee, a selection of spirits and wine as well. I'm always greeted with a smile and excellent service - if you are in the Midway area of Kentucky, make Black Type one of your stops. You won't regret it!
A ideal spot to visit with a friend or to read a book, with a warm and inviting atmosphere and an overall great aesthetic. Though some of the Google photos show the contrary, there were several seats and tables to choose from (at least on my visit).

I stopped in with my Jack Russell to meet our trainer to advance the service dog training. What a wonderful surprise to find a cozy coffee shop that is dog friendly, has great service and delicious drinks and pastries. This will be my favorite place and they earned all of the starsService: 5/5
