Just went through the drive thru and ordered a small peanut butter shake and a strawberry cheesecake blizzard, they are both melted as soon as she handed them to us, the blizzard had a Sunday lid on it and poured all over me and my truck as I struggled to get the lids off, this is ridiculous, yes I understand it's hot out,

After sitting for an extended period of time never receiving our blizzards we asked for a refund and the manager had a very unprofessional attitude over the situation and apparently had the blizzards sitting the whole time waiting for us to finish our food first…. Which we never ordered. She angrily brought over the blizzards which one was wrong and slammed it into the trash can and then angrily handed me my refund and stormed off.

Always nice to people and a very good breakfast has been since I was a kid
Nice friendly service with a smile, most of the time your food is brought to your table. As of Sept.29 2023 if you do there survey on the DQ receipt you will get a small blizzard.
