“Went here after my blood drawing to get some energy and refuel from how draining it was. The staff was kind and nice, allowed me to take my time and didn’t interrupt throughout me talking slow from my brain fog. Food and coffee was great :)”

“we tried it for our first time tonight and I got Esquites, two steak burritos and the 3 steak street tacos and it was delicious. I wish the burritos was bigger but still so good. I was so hungry and totally forgot to take a picture of the food besides the Esquites. which was absolutely amazing. been a while since I've had any good esquites. but it won't allow me to post.”

“Hadn't been in Long Johns for a few yrs due to the greasy grey fries we were served but, recently went in (after they re-opened from the fire) and the food was really good, the staff was welcoming and friendly and we had good service. My only complaint was that the dining area was full of smoke (im guessing from the fryers) which made our eyes burn and a little hard to breathe.”

“A girl named Shanti waited on me and was somewhere else besides taking my order. She looked at me with a blank stare and waited on me to say something. She did not greet me nor give me my 30 cents back. She just kept my change. I don't know where she was but she wasn't taking my order.”

“I always enjoy coming to this one and though I usually never have a problem, I was a bit concerned about this visit. I understand we all have off days but even so, I feel like I need to offer a helpful tip for the workers. Remember to communicate with your customers such as making sure about their orders and prices. Often times people tend to drive off when things take too long for their liking (and there's a lot of impatient people) so it's easy to get orders mixed up and if you don't communicate that can be the catalyst to other issues. I'm speaking from experience as a former fast food worker. Communication will get you far. You've just gotta remember to do so. It took awhile in line today and in turn, I didn't remember the price and had to double check because nothing was said but a very nice smile was there.”

“The young man in there today was very sweet always with a smile asking if everything was OK would we like more tea he was not extremely busy, but he wasn’t sitting around either. “Went through the drive-thru for two big breakfast, and a coffee, the woman who took our money was very pleasant smiling great conversationist,, we went to the next window but it was a young girl who was giving us our order, gave our coffee to us with a big smile and told us have a great day, unfortunately I had to say to her can we have our breakfast and she's kind of embarrassed and handed it to us still with a big smile, that's the way service should be we are the customers we want to be appreciated and this exactly what this McDonald's did to us :-) would not hesitate to go back at all”
