Burgers have apparently changed here. Just a thin dry patty that's about like eating a sole on a shoe. Ordered a Monster Burger and was about the size of a single quarter pounder from McDonald's. Chili dogs would be good if they would go easy on the chili like I asked instead of having to dig through the chili to find the actual hot dog and bun. Fries were cold and hard couldn't chew those either. These 5 star reviews must either be paid liars or they don't got jaws of steel and no taste buds. I hope the other Hardee's haven't went to crap like this one has. But I will not be back in the one in Monticello again. Just shut it down like Sonic and put something good in the place of both of them. This Hardee's used to be good just a few months ago but not worth the stop now. Do yourself a favor and go on by it.
Parking: Plenty of parking. People are starting to get crap here too and they are not going here anymore.

Ordered food. Waited 20 mins. She came with one bag. Didn’t care about the wait. I ask are you sure everything is in there. She said yes. I ask. Tell me the order. She tells me. I look for a much as I can see and not dump fries out. She assures me it all in there. I get home missing a burger fries and a big hot ham and cheese. I try to call to correct the order. I live 30 mins away. And they won’t answer the phone. Took it off the hook. This is what the family wanted before trick or treating.

I have been a fan of Hardees since a kid. That being said, this location highly disappointed me this time. I ordered two biscuits and gravy and two hashbrowns. I got all my food. But, all the hashbrowns were in bottom of bag. Also the gravy was as thin as water. Lastly, a blond hair baked into a biscuit ruined my appetite. No one in my household is blond.

The food sat under the heat lamp so long that the sandwiches were dried out & tasted "gamey." The hot ham & cheese were "salty." The young lady at the window was short, curt, & extremely rude. She barely got my change right then she gave us drinks that were wet & messy. When we FINALLY got our food (it took like 13min) the fries were hard & when I told her that they forgot our onion rings, she "sucked her teeth, sighed, & rolled her eyes!!!" Needless to say, this has been & will be my last time to this Hardee's. Thank you.

Pulled up, ordered two wraps.. and then a small curly fries.. two wraps $5.. small curly fries $3.. Oh well at least they are tasty hot curly fries, right? Well then I’m told to pull up, waited no exaggeration 10 min… she walks to the window, just handed it to me, no apology for the wait.. looked in the bag, no fries! Quickly said to her, you forgot the fries, she said nothing went inside brought out the fries… said three words finally “Sorry about that!” .. Fries were cold! Not even warm!!

I ordered a nashville hot chicken sandwich. Instead of having the sauce on it like it should it had some of the hottest powdered stuff on it that you could imagine. I couldn't eat my sandwich. Fries were cold and I got a small cup of lemonade even though they charged me extra for it.

I have been eating Hardee's food since about 1977.I believe that is a testament to the awesome food that this all star restraunt chain has always offered decades long customers like myself.AAA plus without any shadow of a doubt.
