The food was quick and good. I had gravy and biscuits with a loaded omelet biscuit for breakfast and it was all good. No complaints. The place was clean and the service was efficient as well as friendly. I do recommend if you’re in the area.

The food was AMAZING! Very HOT and ready! Yes we had to wait but that’s absolutely ok for fresh food. However the lady bringing us the food after the wait didn’t even say a word just slung the food in our faces and we took it and she walked away still not saying nothing! Very rude!

Burgers have apparently changed here. Just a thin dry patty that's about like eating a sole on a shoe. Ordered a Monster Burger and was about the size of a single quarter pounder from McDonald's. Chili dogs would be good if they would go easy on the chili like I asked instead of having to dig through the chili to find the actual hot dog and bun. Fries were cold and hard couldn't chew those either. These 5 star reviews must either be paid liars or they don't got jaws of steel and no taste buds. I hope the other Hardee's haven't went to crap like this one has. But I will not be back in the one in Monticello again. Just shut it down like Sonic and put something good in the place of both of them. This Hardee's used to be good just a few months ago but not worth the stop now. Do yourself a favor and go on by it.
Parking: Plenty of parking. People are starting to get crap here too and they are not going here anymore.

Ordered food. Waited 20 mins. She came with one bag. Didn’t care about the wait. I ask are you sure everything is in there. She said yes. I ask. Tell me the order. She tells me. I look for a much as I can see and not dump fries out. She assures me it all in there. I get home missing a burger fries and a big hot ham and cheese. I try to call to correct the order. I live 30 mins away. And they won’t answer the phone. Took it off the hook. This is what the family wanted before trick or treating.
