Get better dinner shift employees.. period! I ordered ONE plain cheeseburger for my sick kid. She goes to eat it and there's onions under the cheese! The food is always cold when I get it. My family and myself got food poisoning from here. The pain in my stomach was so bad I almost passed out at one point. I couldn't eat, even water made me sick to my stomach. It was so awful.

Don't waste your money. They CANNOT get an order right and what you end up with is like something that has been sitting around on a counter for a day or two. Egg McMuffins were so hard we had to throw them out. We ordered 3 small coffee's and an iced french vanilla. We got 1 large coffee, one small coffee, an iced French vanilla and a large coke. When we told Cheyenne she gave us a coke instead of a coffee, she would absolutely not make it right. She told us we would have to go around the drive thru again and re-order our coffee that she shorted us.

Submitted an order online through the McDonald’s app at approximately 11:30 AM, arrived at the drive-thru at approximately 12 PM, they could not provide a receipt because they said the machine was broken, proceeded to the pick up window and was told the order wasn’t ready yet, and I needed to pull over and wait, Waited 30 minutes and no one came out so I went into the restaurant to inquire, I asked about my order GD 44 app from the app and they looked at me like they did not know what I was talking about. Explained what I had ordered again provided my GD 44 number from the app and was told they would go back and find out. After another 20 minute wait someone finally appeared with my order, but it did not have the condiments I requested, and the sandwich looked like it had been hastily prepared and was not as it should have been, and the fries were cold.
