The last two orders have been missing half the food when I call to let them know yet again I don’t receive my order the fix for it is drive 10 miles back to town and they remake my food or come back between the hours 11-4? Ummm I have a job I can’t leave to pick up food I paid for and didn’t receive or it’s not made right. Do better McDonald’s you suck!!!

This place was a mess, the crew sat back and refused to take orders of multiple people. The trash cans were a disgusting mess and not to mention the bathrooms, the tables were sticky and nasty, there was trash in the floors. All in all wouldn’t recommend coming to eat here, spare yourself and/or your family the inconvenience of Monticello McDonald’s 🫶

This establishment is a joke. Most of the staff are rude, customers are blatantly ignored and the store is filthy (at best), 99% of the time.

I had my kids birthday party there and they went above and beyond for us and the food was fresh and the restaurant was clean the employees was the best ever
