We’ve ate here a few times for the most part it’s been good however this last time I sent my husband in to order and as soon as he walked in a lady immediately rolled her eyes at him and asked if he was there for a mobile order with an attitude she’s extremely rude and unprofessional there’s no excuse to treat anyone like that

Ordered at 7:30 to be delivered app still telling me that it’s being prepared. When I try to get help through the tracking option I get a number that has restrictions and when I call the store no one answers. It is now 9:00 and they are closed. But do I have my food!?! NO!!! **UPDATE** the app is now saying it was delivered 🙄 yeah that a load of crap!!!!! While the tracking is still showing that is being prepared. The time keeps changing. I spent $32 on this order and because the subway app is showing delivered even though the tracking is showing preparing I can guarantee I will not get the money back!!!!!

I made a mobile order. I clicked no on all the sides I didn’t want and apparently the app didn’t take, they even told me at subway the app is gimicky so they know it. They made my sandwich with everything on it so I went back to have it remade and they couldn’t just do the nice thing and remake it for me as a paying costumer.

I don't know why but this subway does not serve chopped salad. They use to. They do not chop up lettuce. I have to go to Somerset to get a good chopped salad, I would eat at the subway in Monticello if they would serve a complete chopped salad. Don't like big chunks of lettuce.☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️

Go to Albany Subway for all your catering needs! They take time for their customers. Monticello’s subway informs you they do not have time for you. Take your money to a business that actual cares for your needs. If I could do 0 stars I would. They have wonderful workers but need a better management team

Beware because they don't add all your ingredients to the sub. Ordered a turkey sub twice and asked to add peppers etc. did not get what comes on the sandwich. Just the addon's.

Salad is ridiculously small. Lettuce is cheap, come on! This is almost $8 and this is what I got. I don't expect more expensive ingredients, but I did expect more lettuce without asking for extra! This looks more like your no bread bowl than a salad and I was sure that if I ordered a salad I would get much more lettuce! The ladies working there were super sweet and I don't blame them cuz they're probably told how to fill it!
