The mini taco salad was very good, and Doritos Tacos was good too!
I always enjoy coming to this one and though I usually never have a problem, I was a bit concerned about this visit. I understand we all have off days but even so, I feel like I need to offer a helpful tip for the workers. Remember to communicate with your customers such as making sure about their orders and prices. Often times people tend to drive off when things take too long for their liking (and there's a lot of impatient people) so it's easy to get orders mixed up and if you don't communicate that can be the catalyst to other issues. I'm speaking from experience as a former fast food worker. Communication will get you far. You've just gotta remember to do so. It took awhile in line today and in turn, I didn't remember the price and had to double check because nothing was said but a very nice smile was there.

Last few times we ate here the food has been great! For a while it seemed that taco bell had been skimping on meat but the past few times we have been pleasantly surprised. Good portions and great flavor. The taco bell I remember

Service=1 food -1 if you order something that specifically comes with dipping sauce how can you forget it wouldn’t be a problem but not everyone lives in town to turn around it’s been like this for years nothings going to change

Yesterday pulled up and the wife went in because drive thru was packed. She stood at the counter for 15 minutes until a worker with an attitude approached her and said they don’t have enough personnel to run the counter and if you want service you will have to go back out and either go thru the drive thru or utilize the app. Used the drive thru took an additional 20 minutes and of course food order was incorrect.
Everyone has a bad day so thought we would try it again the next evening. Got ready to order and the person said there is a minimum 15 minutes wait if I chose to place an order. Employees didn’t even bother taking my order but at a minimum it was going to be a 15 minutes wait.
Such a let down. Whomever is in charge needs to do a complete flush. Unbelievable! Biggest problem is that this problem will never be fixed
Worst Taco Bell experience, each time I order from this specific store order something is messed up whether it be burning the tortillas, cold potatos, always dry and lacking of sufficient amount of sauce. I love Taco Bell but this store is constantly terrible. For reference out of 3 chalupa‘s ordered on 3 different days each has either been burnt or undercooked even though taco bell uses timers to ensure consistent products, yet here they fail on that measure.

Ordered 2 nights in a row and had to drive back both times bc I was missing food. First time was missing a double stack and now I’m missing a crunch wrap. Tried to call the store and the phone won’t work it just gives a busy signal
Ordered a cheesy bean and rice burrito with meat and they didn't put meat on it so about 5 dollars wasted on something I could have had in my pocket and got a doritos tacos didn't have much meat on it or cheese it was just a taco with out anything on it I pay almost 3 dollars for what a waste of money on my end I guess it was just an off night for them even though there was nobody in line and was waiting on my food for more then 10 min guess ya live and learn

Absolutely horrendous. Workers always mess up orders and the food is beyond disgusting. Never gotten hot fresh food here. Always cold and the wrong order. Workers will refuse to hand you the entire order until you ask. Have left multiple times with missing things from the bag.

They are constantly getting my food wrong no matter what I do, either it’s through the drive thru or in store or on the mobile app. I always either have to go back and get my food remade or just suck it up because I don’t feel like having to go through all that trouble. I work at McDonald’s so I understand all the orders but ik it’s not hard to make something right. I should not have to worry if my food is being made correctly so can we please do better. Trust me the food is amazing, hence why I keep on coming back lol l
Wanted to give a shout out to Victoria every time I come here she is always giving exceptional service and they make their food so good here. This is the only Taco Bell that I’ve ever felt taken care of and got good food in exceptional service ! This store deserves the recognition thank you guys!
