I had raw bacon on my sandwich then was questioned if I understood that it wasn't meant to be crispy. I know the difference between cooked and raw.
Josh the manager handle the situation very nicely the next day and all was resolved however it's sad that it happened. I've always liked Arby's and I will go back just not during the night shift!
