We had a large group of 20 or so, so we may have overwhelmed them but several people complained about their food being cold(mine included) Definitely less than happy with our last visit.
Usually we get good food at BWWs but this time was not a good experience. Our food was cold...wings and fries. My husband's onion rings were hot and that was it. The waitress offered to redo our order but we didn't have time to wait. She comped our meals and just charged for our drinks. We still left her a good tip because she was so nice.
Noisy, slow, expensive. There are a couple of decent beers on the menu, the cocktails are average. Unless you're absolutely dying to have wings, there's no reason to visit here.
