It’s early in the school year, but dear god! Me and 3 other friends on three separate days with 3 different drinks orders and not one of them was right. I told the girl at the counter she fixed it. She didn’t seem to happy but who would be. I’m not even mad at the employees I’m mad at the lack of training.

They are always out of stuff...like right now they have been out of ship cream for a couple of weeks. They said they wouldn't be restocking on the products they have ran out of until the new semester, hence January!

Lines move quickly. Out of the tons of times I've been there my order has only been messed up twice. That's a pretty good ratio and they are always quick to fix mistakes if you ask. I don't Karen about it.
