“Had the opportunity to stop into your Pilot Location here in Mortons Gap KY, asked if you still did salads? Was told yes but that you didn’t chop them anymore, so I went ahead and ordered one, don’t remember the girls name that started it off, but I do remember the one that finished it off, his name was Hunter!!! He was totally awesome!! He literally took his time and broke up each and every single piece of meat for my salad.. was totally not expecting that to happen, but he did.. I wanted to let you know how much I really appreciated him doing that for me.. He went above and beyond to make my salad right!! Thank you for having Hunter on duty today!!! On a scale of 1-10 he was a 10+!!!! Hope he gets recognized for this review.. Thank you again for having him on your team.. he was also very Friendly and talkative and listen to me what I wanted on my salad..”

“For the most part, if I'm not getting my days started off with MadCity Cafts, it can be a little rocky. This lovely place is filled with so much welcoming love. I've been coming a few months now and the customer service is A1, has yet to skip a beat. The atmosphere is pleasant and calming. Food and drinks... I'll share my top favs, but the drinks of combinations are unlimited. My go to is any flavor, with my lotus energy shot and coconut water. Gives me a natural smooth energy jolt throughout my day. My snack tackle box, filled with your choice of 8 healthy selections listed on their board, creative, and last majority throughout my busy errand day. Last but not least, the delicious chicken salad sandwich and pasta, both filled with so much flavor and tastiness ? y'all are awesome sauce ?”

“Can I give one place 6 stars once a year? Ferrell's would be it! Ate there for the first time ever this past weekend. Did breakfast, just basic eggs, bacon and toast but the food was great. Atmosphere, old small time soda bar vibe. Employees were great too. All around my new favorite breakfast place! Pricing was excellent too.”

Every year when we came home the first place we stopped was the Dairy Queen for Chuck Wagon matter of fact in our travels to various sites you are the only one we found that served one. Best sandwich going!!!!! I was informed you no longer have this on you menu. To bad big mistake will not be stopping by the Dairy Queen any more.”

“The staff was so wonderful for our last minute change of dinner plans and the food was delicious! We were there late and they never made us feel rushed, drinks were constantly full and we adore their water service. Our super picky 7 year old asked what a Chef's Burger was on the kid's menu and I told him a burger made by the chef. His eyes got big and he said I want that. He declared it the best burger ever and said he was slipping into a food coma for the first time. haha! Thank you all for a great late evening!”

Parking: It has a huge parking lot that it shares with multiple other businesses

Kid-friendliness: She is wonderful with children! She always knows just what food to offer, and the kids love her. She is super kind!”
