Mount Sterling Ky KFC is the worst KFC we have delt with. We've had multiple issues with getting our full order. Tonight we placed an order almost 2hrs before closing and then we picked it up we has cold dinner rolls not biscuits that we paid for, they didn't have coleslaw that we ordered either. When we got home and discovered this I tried calling and they had their phone off the hook. For almost an hour I called.
placed order online waited, 20 mins, show up to the store to be told they don't have any of the items I ordered. the store smelled like human excrement, counter sticky, very unprofessional establishment. we have been here 3 times in the past 2 years and every time worse experience than the last. won't be back..
