My family and I had a great time eating here. The menu selection is awesome. It took me a while to find what I wanted to eat due to the variety available. Foor was served quickly, steaming hot, and more than a single person could eat. We were given a piece of milk cake, if I'm recalling the name correctly, to try. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and will be going back soon.
If you're looking for authentic flavorful Mexican food, this is your place! The birria tacos are on point. The burrito was bigger than my husband's forearm. It would have fed both of us! And my taco salad was the best taco salad I have ever had, more flavor than I could have asked for! The family running this place are kind and very attentive. La Chicatana Mexican Restaurant, Grill, and Bakery offers authentic flavorful Mexican food. The menu selection is awesome and packed full of variety. The food is served quickly, steaming hot, and portions are huge. The birria tacos are on point. The burrito was bigger than a forearm. The taco salad was the best taco salad ever had, with more flavor than could be asked for. The staff is absolutely amazing, super friendly, kind, and very attentive. The family running this place makes delicious foods and desserts that are SO TASTY. The ladies cakes made in house are phenomenal, including the mocha tres leche. They also make their own salsa in-house and sell it separately. Prices are low. The vibe and music are loved. It is so hard to NOT get too full for dessert, but it’s worth the doggie bag. A family of 5 left with a tummy ache from overeating. Overall, it was a wonderful experience.
