This is for the Mt Sterling KY location: I normally do not complain, but this twice this has happened to me and it has really upset me. I order online so my order will be ready when I get there so I don't spend my entire lunch break waiting in line for food. The past 2 times that I have ordered and went to pick up, I have called to let them know that I am there and the spot that I am in, and then I wait, and wait and wait, while I watch car after car go through the drive...

Was my favorite place, could get chicken and bbq but no more!! Chicken only really?! You need to take down the sign that says "real pit bbq".. just what mt sterling needs is another chicken only restaurant. Not!
