on 07/04/2025 We went to this McDonald's and ordered our meals. Service was very poor. The guy that took our order at 4:03 pm, after paying for our food left the register, didn't give us our drink cups until he returned, didn't ask if our order was for dine in or to go, didn't give us a number to take to our table, and had our orders to go when we intended to dine in. Do better McDonald's on Maysville road!
Awesome service inside and the drive thru recently.
The staffing they currently have are doing wonderful. We have been going inside a handful of times here lately. The sweet girl upfront was nice & even helped bring me a high chair when I had a few kiddos alone without asked to and opened our doors as we left.
Also to mention, it’s ALWAYS clean or being cleaned constantly. 5/5 ⭐️ 💗
Put in an order over 30 minutes before closing. Money came out of my account. When I got there l, The staff would not honor it. Horrible customer service. Will not go there again…. So sad….
