“I like the place but today my wife and I stopped in and my wife ordered a water to drink with her food and the girl at the register tells my wife they're not allowed to give regular water that she'll have to get a bottle wife and wife says ok. I then ordered a bottle too and there were no more in the refrigerator so the same that said we're not allowed give you water then offered to give me ice to use for the warm bottle of water. Hmmm.“

Hands down the best experience I’ve had at any 7 Brew around Louisville. Jewell from Bowling Green was absolutely amazing, super happy, energetic, and genuinely helpful. I asked for suggestions and she nailed it with great options that fit exactly what I wanted. Her vibe alone made my day better. If I could give 10 stars instead of 5, I would. “This is my first time visiting this location.

I was amazed that at 9 AM (!) two days before Christmas (!!) and within 60 seconds (!!!) I was greeted by Sarah… who was super friendly and locked-in on making sure my drink order was accurate, that I felt welcome, and not at all rushed. Within minutes I was taking the first sips of my Black Mamba and ready to start the busy day.

I can tell whoever runs this location really cares about their team and guests’ experience. Will definitely make sure to stop in next time I’m in the area!“
