First of all, came for a chicken sandwich, with no mayo, they said they were pre made so they had to make a fresh on so it would be an 8 minute wait, that's fine, 10 minutes hit, that's ok, it's nothing, then I had waited around 20-25 minutes. They came out with the food. The fries were freezer burnt and cooked in old oil, and the chicken sandwich was made with mayo. Like why did I wait for one with no mayo if it was just going to be messed up again. They were rude as hell, and seemed mad to even be serving me.

This KFC has terrible service. It’s worse than most places you visit. They don’t care about their customers and it shows during their interactions. Whoever owns this franchise needs to get back to basics and cover good customer service through training. The management team needs to visit their competitors Chick-fil-A to see effective customer service and how that helps grow business with a quality product.

Smelt amazing then doesn't have bad chicken it's amazing plus it takes them no time no matter what

Didn’t have the chicken I ordered so had to settle for crispy. Got home and shorted me 2 sides after paying an extra $3 for breast.

whoever owns this franchise needs to either reeducate his staff about time management and customer service or replace them All. including the manager. I mean I was on the drive thru place my order and they told me to come to the front. I sat for 15 mins in my car waiting for my food. I finally went inside the store and to my surprise everyone including the manager was chilling and there was no urgency at all. I hope the upper management is able to read this and make some changes ASAP. if this continues, you will be having alot of upset customers. if a drive thru becomes a restaurant then might as well discontinue the drive thru.

It took nearly 60min to get our order which was pretty simple. The staff was great however, I don't think they have enough staff to handle the volume.

My husband and I went through the drive thru. We ordered an 8 piece bucket original. The worker said they only had enough chicken for white crispy and dark original. He said okay. Does it come with any discount?. She replied no.
When we got to the window to pay, it was more than he thought it was supposed to be. But she explained the price he thought was chicken only. He said okay just give me chicken. Next thing we know. Another employee comes opens the window and hands us our money back and says get out of my drivethru!!! We will never return to this Kfc.the audacity of them getting mad because a customer may not be as smooth as they want.

We arrived at 8:50 pm , I placed our order and was told they were out of most everything because they were fixing to close . ( the door reads 10 pm ) I would have left but the kids were tired and hungry . After getting our order I had to stand at the counter while workers ignored me before I had just ask for sauces . The manager kept coming and looking to see if we were done yet . Over all bad experience we won’t be back to this location

They never have pot pies ready. Why have something on your menu and then tell people you won’t have the item available for 20 minutes. Kind of takes the “fast” out of “fast food”. Has to be poor
