We love wedge fries but ours were cold, tough, chewy. Nasty! Chicken sandwiches were good but it's no small wonder the wedges disappeared for a while. Don't bring them back if you can't do better.

I have been there at three different dates most recently being today at 12:45 pm. last week I was there at 11:30 AM and the first time I was there at 1:15 PM I always order original wings anytime I go to KFC and on all three occasions I was told they do not have them when I went to order the mashed potato bites they told me they don’t have those either so I’m not really sure what’s going on with this location but something needs to be

Stopped by on a whim, great employees. They were helpful when we couldn't decide what we wanted. Told me to try the sweet vanilla cream drinks and it was the bomb with mt dew sweet lightening. The apple pie poppers are super good too. Thanks Michael for recommending them both. See you soon for more.

They don't care about Door dash orders be careful when you order thru them. I've watched them make 14 orders during the past thirty minutes without making the door dash order. Seems like everyone else can put orders out on time and don't understand why you can't. Is making a pot pie truly that difficult. By the way it's not from scratch.
I can’t say enough great things about the KFC in Mount Washington, KY! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and a welcoming atmosphere. The staff was incredibly friendly, making me feel right at home. My food was fresh, hot, and absolutely delicious—just the way KFC should be! The restaurant was clean, well-maintained, and had a cozy vibe. It’s clear that the team here takes pride in their work and truly values their customers. If you’re in the area and craving some amazing fried chicken, this is the place to go. Highly recommend!

This KFC is full of pot smokers and bad attitudes. The District Manager is worse than the employees. I will never be a patron at this sub par branch location

First of all, came for a chicken sandwich, with no mayo, they said they were pre made so they had to make a fresh on so it would be an 8 minute wait, that's fine, 10 minutes hit, that's ok, it's nothing, then I had waited around 20-25 minutes. They came out with the food. The fries were freezer burnt and cooked in old oil, and the chicken sandwich was made with mayo. Like why did I wait for one with no mayo if it was just going to be messed up again. They were rude as hell, and seemed mad to even be serving me.
