Perfect! I was there at about 3:30pm on February the 4th. You've got a great employee right there. He made an impression on me and I appreciate it.”

“We came right in before closing to eat dinner. The owner was more than friendly and welcoming. It was my teenager 1st time eating Mediterranean Style food and he is in love. Everything was fresh and perfect serving temperature. Trust me, you will be going home with leftovers cause the portions are overwhelming and priced well. To the owner, we wish you well and will be back very soon!!!!”

Husband and I came for lunch and ordered chicken fried steak, mashed potatoes and gravy, fried okra, toast and The Christi's patty melt side of cajun fries with fried mushrooms for appetizer. They nailed every single item (even the toast). I have high standards for southern down home cooking & this place is IT~ I may nominate it to food network for triple d 😉”

“Brandenburg location- I've had the oysters, frog legs, and catfish. All were excellent in both taste and price! Their fries are the best I've had and are seasoned perfectly. The girl who served our food and ran the register was a very hard worker. Highly recommend!”

“We have lived on Fort Knox for almost three years and have attended multiple events at Saber & Quill. Their brunches are amazing and the kids eat everything, our oldest son even gets full! They take their time and put so much effort into making each brunch and the event special for all who attend. We just had Brunch with Santa and it was above and beyond any of our expectations. The kids received gifts, Santa was set up for pictures, and even walked around making all it that much more magical. The man that works is not only cooking by himself but the attention to detail and love that he puts into his food truly makes everything rememberable. I have been coming here for several years now and I have NEVER had an unpleasant experience. So what he takes cash only, it’s HIS business he can take whatever payments he wants for his OWN work and plus he’s older. Older people are more comfortable with cash. He is super nice and easy going. He always asks how the CUSTOMER wants something made or makes the food to the customers taste to prevent someone or anyone from saying the food wasn’t “good or bland”. The quality of food he makes is amazing compared to other restaurants with the same dishes . He also charges a cheaper price with more food for your buck. If I could give him 10 stars I would. Definitely come here for a REAL Authentic Experience.”
