“This was my first time at Sonic. The ordering system wasn’t the best because the staff couldn’t really hear us and vice versa. The staff also didn’t repeat our order back to us, which resulted in them messing it up.

I would’ve left fewer stars if not for the way the manager really made things right for us. They quickly corrected the order, and even gave us a couple of coupons to make up for the mistake. Now that is exemplary customer service! I don’t know the name of the manager or I’d give them a personal shout out for doing a great job!
