I stopped for a sweet tea at 815 am & it took at least 10 mins to get through the drive thru & I was the only car. Later that day, I tried ordering from the app & it wasn't working so I pulled into a stall & pushed the button, it did not even look like it was working so when the young lady came over the intercom, I was shocked! This was my first time at Sonic. The ordering system wasn’t the best because the staff couldn’t really hear us and vice versa. The staff also didn’t repeat our order back to us, which resulted in them messing it up.

The food is always hot & on point!!! The c.c. machine was down so it was cash only that day but the guy at the window was EXCELLENT! So polite & friendly also made sure my wife had plenty of Ranch for the Buffalo chicken dippers!!
