the worst experience even. took them 40 min to make a small pizza and spaghetti. Worked messed up the order twice. iI will never be back
The close the buffet at 2, but sold us a buffet at 1:30 without bothering to tell us. Then refused to put additional pizza in when we requested it because they were closing the buffet.
I understand closing the buffet outside of the rush hours, but if they aren't making fresh pizza, you should be told that when buying a buffet.
We are currently at Gattis, we had requested a dessert pizza as my six and three year old love the chocolate chip one. It was 7:32 and they had already turned the ovens off (close at 8), and refused to make any pizzas... definitely not happy

Mr Gatti's Pizza offers a great experience with excellent service. The girls behind the buffet were very nice and fun, and staff were super friendly and on top of everything. The food was great, with a decent selection of pizza, and the thin crust was really good. The chocolate chip pizza is a favorite, and the dessert pizzas were killer. The salad bar was perfect, though there was no Caesar salad. The garlic bread, salad, and pizza are also loved. The place was clean and the service was great, with a great price. The Thursday night special was 2 buffets and soft drink for $13.99. This place takes it away with service in the arcade, and every single time has been very nice. It is always a favorite for kids and adults.
