Jasmine Murray Thai and Sushi

Delicious food and excellent service today!

My wife and I had a rare free afternoon and went to Jasmine for lunch last week. We are regulars and already know the food is great, but on this occasion we had one of the best servers we have ever had there. DJ was friendly and attentive without being bothersome. He has a great attitude and made a great lunch even better with his professionalism and attention to detail.

It was delicious!! The waiters are so nice and patient with people and they are such nice people and the food was great!! I totally recommend the miso soup!!

A good place to eat. They have several entrees appetizers and drinks to choose. I have been there 4 or 5 times and have not been disappointed. The service has been very good Everytime. If there is a down side to eating there, it would be they have a lot of customers and sometimes it is a bit noisy. I have also noticed a lot of families go with small children. So it's all about what you like about atmosphere. I've love their sushi, it is my favorite thing about Jasmine's. It is delicious!

My husband placed an order for carry out totaling $117. Unfortunately, he put the order under the Murray store and not the Paducah store. I called the Murray store IMMEDIATELY to notify them of the mistake. The girl that answered the phone took 3 min. 49 sec. to get her manager on the line. I told him what happened & he said there was absolutely NOTHING they could do & that I was out $117. When I voiced my displeasure he said “You made the mistake not us.” I know that a transaction that was charged to my card could have been credited to my card, especially since I called within 5 minutes. This seems like a very bad business practice. I then called the Paducah restaurant to see if anything could be done. The manager said no that there was absolutely nothing they could do by means of a refund. I was still going to spend that amount, just not at Murray store. Her response was “It’s pretty clear online which store you select to order from.” Okay, thank you for your insulting & unprofessional response. Neither restaurant will ever get a dime of my money. People make mistakes and there needs to be a better system than this in place.

Great food and a wonderful dining experience! The dishes were fresh and full of flavor. Our server, Norean, was very friendly and attentive, which made the visit even better. If you’re looking for great Thai cuisine and sushi with excellent service, this is definitely a place worth visiting.

I’ve never enjoyed my time here more until I had one of the best experiences with my server, Jacie. she was phenomenal! Not to mention how much she checked up and made sure we were okay and enjoying everything, which we don’t see much with this new generation being so hands on. Overall loved my time and the food!
