The Rex Family Restaurant Reviews
We go to the Rex mostly on Friday nights because my husband loves their fish and it's all you can eat.. I love the Rex for lots of their food.. and you can eat there for a great price !! they are the nicest people you will ever meet they are kind the place is clean. A great atmosphere for a good country cooked meal with country hospitality!!! 💙
I really enjoyed my first experience at The Rex. The atmosphere was homey, the food was fantastic (classic comfort food that hits the spot when you're looking for that nostalgic trip back to days growing up with southern style home cooking), the portions were quite generous, the price was extremely reasonable, and the cherry on top of the experience was the incredible service! I will for sure be back and can't wait to share this dining experience with more of my family and friends!
First time ever eating here food was pretty amazing . Staff was friendly had a good experience With friends and family .

The Rex Family Restaurant offers a welcoming atmosphere with friendly staff, top-notch service, and delicious food in abundance. The menu features a good selection of options, including kids' meals, and the kitchen prepares food quickly. Guests often enjoy a free cup of coffee in the bright and spacious dining room. The restaurant's reasonable prices and family-friendly environment make it a popular spot for a satisfying meal. Customers frequently comment on the excellent customer service, with staff greeting guests warmly and making sure everyone feels at home. The food is always hot and served promptly, and the staff are knowledgeable about the menu. Visitors have celebrated special occasions there, with staff going out of their way to make moments memorable, even singing happy birthday. The catfish special on Friday was great and came right out. The owner came and checked on guests and even treated a son to a free ice cream. It is a clean, great little place with nice people and good food. The fish is very good with great white beans. The brisket sandwich with Jeff’s Barbeque Sauce is delicious and the sauce is locally produced. The “Breakfast for Supper” on Thursday nights is always great. Guests can take home slices of pie, which are awesome, and there is homemade pie to save room for. This locally owned place is highly recommended.
