Good golly. Eric knows exactly what he's doing when he is preparing meats. The smoke he captures and moisture he retains on not only the pulled pork, but, impressively, the wings and brisket as well.

If you are around New Haven, KY, you got to try this place. Food was exceptionally good. Smoked brisket sliders that melts in your mouth. Pulled pork sliders so yummy. They have several BBQ sauce and we really like the mango habanero. The service was very fast and there servers attentive. Go try this place yall

Just happened to come across this place while we were visiting from Texas. Had a chance to meet the owners, and try some of the brisket and pulled pork in some of their sandwiches, which were excellent! Highly recommend the mic drop! Great combination of flavors!

I want to start this review out with addressing the folks that work at this location, because customer service is 9/10 of the eating experience, right? from the sweet lady that greeted me when I walked in the door, took my order, to the person who brought me out my food, and an owner who made sure my order had been taken.. thank you. everyone made sure I had everything I needed before I left from sauces, to drinks, Forks, straws, napkins EVERYTHING. this was an above & beyond experience. everyone was so helpful & friendly.
Now, down to the food. I got a brisket slide, pulled pork slider, fries, and cornbread with both kinds of bbq sauce. Cornbread was so good! very moist, it's hard to find a cornbread that doesn't dry your mouth out ? both bbq sauces were fantastic, you can't go wrong with either. the sandwiches.. the buttery buns were fantastic, the pulled pork was full of flavor & delicious.. brisket sandwich was huge, flavorful and juicy!
I'm so glad new haven has a restraunt like this in town!

We went for a recent cruise, we discovered an amazing barbecue restaurant in New Haven, right across from the railroad museum. The small-town atmosphere combined with big-time flavors was incredible. Their brisket is hands down the best we've ever had, and every dish we tried surpassed our usual BBQ spot by far. We highly recommend it!
