This place is a nuisance to the surrounding businesses. Literally have to drive thru the neighboring parking lot just to get through. And thats if the line isn't backed up onto the main road. Ive waited over 15 minutes on the main road before because of this place. Not sure why people come here. Service is slow as can be. Wish the city would shut this place down til they can properly run it without effecting surrounding businesses.

All the people are super friendly never had bad service or a bad coffee from there highly suggest trying it once you'll be hooked. It is drive-thru only so there's no tables or place to set with a bunch of people but that's cool in the warm months that you could go to a park and sit together with your family and friends and enjoy your coffee. For when it's cold take it home and enjoy it with a family there

I now avoid the area around it, because the place is so popular that it regularly creates traffic jams. Great for their business, but it can be a real headache for the surrounding area.

I am consistently disappointed by this 7 brew location. I used to be a 7 brew regular at various locations in Lexington and never had an issue with the way my drinks tasted. Since visiting the Newport location, my drinks have been pretty inconsistent in their taste. I order different variations of the same drink typically and I never know if it’s going to taste how it’s supposed to. I have had to return my drink on multiple occasions because the coffee tasted like plain milk. This morning was one of those instances but I was unable to return my drink due to being en route to work. I got to work and tasted it, realizing it was yet another cup of milk! I had bought coffees for several of my coworkers too, who also said they could not taste any coffee or flavor, just milk. I’m so frustrated. Am I missing something? If I am going to pay $7 plus tip for a coffee, I’d like to be able to enjoy my drink AT LEAST. Not to mention, every time I come to this location I am waiting in line 15+ minutes no matter the time of day I come. When my drinks are made correctly, I love 7 brew. But, unfortunately, I’ve been disappointed one too many times now to be returning.

I enjoy going to 7-brew and always love my drink. Staff is usually pleasant enough. Recently had an experience where a staff member insisted that my payment did not go through even though I had a message on my phone of purchase from my credit card company. I ended up paying in cash thinking it wouldn't process, but on review the credit card purchase and tip included has successfully processed. I don't love that I ended up paying $32 for two medium drinks. Not sure if it was an honest mistake or someone walked away with my cash.

This place is a traffic disaster! Cars backed up onto the main road. Don't even try shopping at stores behind it. Newport planning department should have never approved this. And from what I've heard, their drinks are basically flavored sugar water. No wonder obesity is endemic in the U.S.
The traffic mess this “coffee” shop causes is ridiculous. It was backed up to the Kroger stop light (bottom of the hill)on Carothers this Saturday. Standstill traffic. Forget trying to get to Aldi’s located behind them. They should pay for the police to direct traffic.

Writing this one star review as I sit in stand still traffic for 15 minutes trying to get to the grocery store across the parking lot while my baby screams in the back seat. Absolute MESS of a system having your customers wind around the parking lots of other businesses causing traffic for the entire mile radius. Everything is all screwed up now AND I even tried the coffee and it sucks so it’s not even worth it. I’m pissed!!! Boycott Seven Brew this is ridiculous. Don’t bother trying to live your life on a Saturday anymore.
