My group walked in, and the place smelled of weed. Bowling is supposed to be family-friendly, but I would not recommend taking your children here. There were people openly smoking blunts inside the building, which is highly odd considering this is a city with a smoking ban. Their customer service was horrible. The guy working the desk was extremely rude and refused to look for an open lane even though four lanes were open! I will not be returning and it’s extremely disheartening to see what this place is turning into.

I will also say that if I could give a zero or double zero I would... the same lady at the reception, a chubby girl, was very rude to us... there were five of us in total... we paid for two games and we were just starting the second one and she said that We will not continue playing because someone else was supposedly going to arrive... But that was false, only where we approached and there were others playing in another space and only we were told... and there were also other empty spaces... yes it really was that someone else was going to arrive, they could have perfectly played in another of the empty spaces... On other occasions we have seen that there are people who play for a long time there until several game times pay... and they never come up to tell them to leave , like they did with us, because that rude lady also told us that we had been playing for a long time already... and we had barely paid for two games, and we didn't even finish playing when she came up to tell us not to continue playing, she was totally rude, discriminatory and racist, because of the way he spoke to us and looked at us... we will definitely not come again and we will not recommend him to anyone,

Terrible service from the woman at the reception, she is racist, discriminatory and hateful as well as rude, she practically kicked us out and we still had a game left and she didn't return our money although that doesn't matter to me except the way she spoke to us . She has the right to do her job but she does it in the worst way, the way she acts is disgusting. I will never return for such humiliation.

So fun!!! We brought our kiddos on a Friday night and bowled until 1am. They had a blast and so did we!!

Called at the last minute to book their room for a baby shower ! They were very kind and accommodating !! Room was great people were very nice . Thank you so much for helping us out on this important day

I really did like the atmosphere and I really did feel comfortable and it was a great price for us to play for 2hrs. This place would have gotten a 5star but since nobody showed up in the kitchen to make food it got a four. Maybe next time
If I could leave 0 I would , the fat white lady threaten us to call the police on us , only bc of our race , I saw other people that are WHITE that didn’t have bowling shoes on but she came to us and said we needed to put ours on or we could leave, we told her the other people don’t have their bowling’s shoes but she lied and she said that they have their own personal shoes which was not true at all I saw sneakers on them, I saw white forces and the Nike logo sign and I know the difference between bowling shoes and sneakers , and she was sooo rude , my sister was finna finish her turn and the lady said, “don’t act like you didn’t hear me”, she could’ve let her finish her turn and then my sister would’ve kindly put on her shoes but after the way she came at her, she felt disrespected , and decided to stop playing , do not come!!!!! Horrible experience and I came to have fun, and there was no problem the first hour without the bowling shoes but now at the end it was, I hoped she would’ve came in a different manner but she was very rude!!!!
