This Biggby location generally has fast service via drive thru. I enjoy their drinks and the people working there have been very friendly. I usually order the honey cinnamon latte and golden honey latte. Only 1 star less because the drinks are very expensive. For a 24 oz drink can go close to $8.36 (includes almond milk and tax). This is definitely a treat for me and not a daily thing.

The lot is horrendous, massive potholes all over the place. Too many follow-up questions to just order a black coffee.

Handheld device to pay, having to grab the entire thing just to answer a tip question is super sanitary I'm sure.

Biggby on Monmouth is hands down the best coffee spot around. The drinks are magical, the staff is friendlier than a Southern Grandma handing out cookies, and the vibes are immaculate. One sip and you’ll forget all your life problems…at least until the caffeine wears off. 10/10 would abandon all other coffee shops again.

My daughter was working for this location never called off (she tried to once with plenty of notice when she was sick but was told by the store manager if her shift wasn’t covered she would be fired so she went to work sick with a fever. She lived her job until today when she was fired for not responding on her days off. My daughter’s great grandmother (my grandma) has been in the hospital on and off for a couple weeks now she had a stroke, then recovered from that and ended up having to have surgery yesterday 5/20/25 my daughter’s and I were both at the hospital all day yesterday with my grandmother not that it matters because she wasn’t scheduled to work until Friday but my daughter did not have her phone with her because she had yet to pay her cell phone bill, My daughter received a message yesterday morning that the Supervisior had JUST noticed she didn’t finish some of her training and it needed to be done by end of day yesterday (again her day off) or she would be wrote up, being at the hospital LITERALLY ALL DAY she seen this message when she got home late last night and being herself and considerate she didn’t message back because it was so late. Fast forward to today my daughter my receives a message from the general manager saying that the Supervisior and her had both been trying to get ahold of my daughter ALL week (yesterday was only Tuesday) and because my daughter didn’t respond (again on her day off) they were starting the termination process! Get it together Biggby first if you are hiring underage children then you know that their transportation is most likely their parents and some parents work and have things going on and work around their children’s schedules. Second of all how are you firing someone if you JUST realized she didn’t finish something and gave her until end of day to finish on her day off. She was scheduled at the end of the week she could have finished it then!

I go to this Biggby at least once a week. The ladies in the drivethru are always friendly and helpful. The food and beverages are fantastic. Whether it's a Tropic Biggby Blast or a Butter Bear Latte, pair it with a Sausage Egg and Cheese on Asiago bagel and it's the best way to start my day. Keep it up!

I have only been here twice but I returned because of Emma. Her customer service is incredible. She asked all the right questions so I got exactly what I wanted, was super friendly, and she handed my food and drink with a smile on her face. My teddy bear latte is delicious but I will be back solely for the customer service.

The young lady with short blonde hair always has such a positive attitude. She took the time to ask my daughter what color straw she wants with her boba which is so sweet. My frozen cookie butter latte with the perfect swirl of syrup on top was delicious thank you!!!
