If you like a real Chicago style deep dish, this place is it. The regular pizza looks great, but have only gotten the deep dish, wish they opened earlier on Sunday so I could go before Bengals games, but great place to eat.

We arrived 5 minutes before closing. They got us in and took care of us without complaint. The manager was our server. I don't remember her name but she made the night for us (party of 8) she joked around with us and made sure we were taken care of. We will be back!
We were just out and about an I googled pizza near me and the pictures from other post looked good so we chose to go. And I'm gonna tell you we are so glad we did! I haven't had good pizza like that in awhile! I got a double pepperoni thin crust and OMG!! We also got the Potato skin pizza and garlic knots. So freaking yummy! I'm so sad we didn't take pics but we will be back! ASAP

I honestly don’t understand how this place has so many negative reviews. When you read them, most are people just griping about DoorDash taking forever and the pizza being cold. When you use DoorDash, this is to be expected from anywhere. If you want crap service and someone delivering your pizza in a smoked out car and it arrived cold, don’t blame the restaurant blame DoorDash. We have been to bourbon house pizza in Newport numerous times over the past few years and have had nothing but amazing food and service. The deep dish is my favorite, but their thinner crust is also really good. I see people complaining about the deep dish, saying it’s like lasagna. Well, yes, it could be looked at as different than the pizza you see used to. It’s Chicago style and if you don’t know what it is and you blindly order it and don’t like it, well that’s your fault not the restaurant. The bread twists are fantastic, as are the loaded crinkle fries. Really great place to go with friends and family. The place gets pretty busy so expect to wait a little while but it is worth it. Service is good, albeit can be slightly slow with a crowd but that is expected. Give this restaurant a shot before listening to people loathe over DoorDash and how bad it is. As of writing this restaurant has a 4.3/5 on Google. Factor out the DoorDash crap and you’re looking easily at a 4.7~4.8 / 5 restaurant.

First time here and it was absolutely incredible! Seriously the best pizza I’ve ever had. The boneless wings were amazing too! Will definitely go again when in the area!! Friendly and quick service as well!

We went on a Saturday evening. The restaurant was very busy. All of the staff were very friendly, but service was chaotic. We had at least 4 different servers and our food for our table didn’t come out together. For example, our appetizers came over 20 minutes apart as the kitchen missed the ticket. We ordered the bourbon bbq wings but they had the incorrect sauce on them so they didn’t re-fire them but added the correct sauce over the incorrect sauce. The deep dish pizza was good overall and my drink was good. Overall we had a good experience and I would go again to try some other items on the menu. I just think they need some help with their running of the front and back of house to coordinate timing and make the service less chaotic for the team and guests as well. Lastly, the parking lot is small so be prepared to have cash to park across the street if needed.

Best deep dish pizza I’ve had in 20 yrs. Since I was in Chicago. Went on day before thanksgiving . Was a sign on the door saying short staffed but the service was phenomenal. All staff and owner was working together to deliver excellent experience. The best service and food I have had in a long time. Will return soon.
