Visited for a family dinner! The only issue was the leaves on the table sagged a bit so had to be mindful of sliding food.

Everything was off on the night that we were there. The bar was too busy to get drinks out with proper garnish and in a timely manner. Bread was good. Our meals arrived and my plate was too hot to touch but my pasta was cold and dry. Our server had the food remade but the pomodoro sauce was bland and garlicky. Overall disappointing experience.

We gave Brio a try on a Wednesday evening. I’m not sure if it was an off night but we were told they were “completely out of steak because the truck didn’t come in.” We also overheard another server tell their table that they only had one left of whatever they ordered. The side salad was also old looking and browning. They suggested the beef medallions instead for my husband but it was just three small pieces - not worth the $35 price. It seemed they weren’t prepared to serve on a weekday perhaps. The service was a highlight though - very friendly. I wish it would have been better - maybe a weekend is different based on the better reviews but not sure we will return. It was a disappointment.

"Rockin Robyn" was an INCREDIBLE server (I think it was on October 23). She was attentive and very pleasant, and most of all, her service ensured that I will surely return again very soon!! I watched her attend to other guests as well, and her quick and efficient service showed that she was personally concerned about the enjoyment of each guest!! i do hope she is training others!!!
