My wife and I had a good experience. Our server was very friendly and the hostess helped ensure we got a table with plenty of space for our newborns car seat. All of the food was tasty and fresh. Nothing that blew me away for the price but I still left satisfied. We both agreed that the desserts were the stars of the evening!

HEY BIG SPENDER such a good song! Julia is amazing she needs to manage the restaurant soon. The food was great and was such a great place to be! They were so nice to my sister who had to pump and they gave her a secret spot to go. So accommodating so amazing so fascinating so wonderful Just WOW!

Our bus had reservation after a long day at The Ark. We were pretty much the only people there. The salad was soggy and room temp. No drinks yet but waiter brought two 1/2 loaves of bread. One of our group finally flagged the waiter to get some of us a glass of water. We only got one glass, the waiter never refilled. About twelve people sat at our table and the waiter brought 2 bowls (about 1/4 full) one Spaghetti with marinara and one rigatoni. We asked about dessert and the waiter said we don't get dessert. Much later he came over and said we can have mini cannolis. We were leaving and they brought cannolis out. I hope our travel company never sends anyone there again. There were 41 of us and NO ONE WAS SATISFIED. By the way, they were expecting us because they were scheduled on our daily travel agendas

The Newport area has really grown! We were spending time with our nieces at the aquarium and the Brio came highly recommended by a lady we passed on the street. One of our nieces is a very picky eater. The kid’s menu was excellent for her. The New York Strip steaks were perfectly cooked! My pasta was heavenly. We will be back with more family. Such a great experience!🙌🏾 Our waiter Daniel was awesome!

My boyfriend and I went to Brio after exploring the aquarium. Wr both ordered meals we were fairly familiar with. To start we were big server eater even for almost 15 minutes. The appetizer was sub par, each of us were very disappointed in our meals, the Chicken Milanesa and Chicken Limone, basically chicken parmesan and chicken piccata. I couldn’t substitute the potatoes for a side salad for some reason? Also the meal- yet again… the chicken milanesa had pasta for the side and there was maybe a tablespoon of sauce along with a ton of butter with overcooked pasta. The chicken was good according to my boyfriend. My meal- the limone… I thought they were scrambled egg patties. The sauce was good and the broccoli was so raw it was almost impossible to eat without embarrassing crunching! To finish it off, the restaurant was so hot. It was so uncomfortable and we paid far too much. But I like the paper table cloths! I wish I’d brought my drawing utensils because it was otherwise a boring atmosphere.

It was hot out last night and expected to be comfortable inside the restaurant. Unfortunately, the temperature in the restaurant an uncomfortable warm. The open kitchen and being in-line with the pizza oven might of made the room warm. Our food and service were both very good. Might want to have HVAC look into temperature control...

We enjoyed ourselves at Brio's. The food and service was wonderful. The noise level spoiled the experience because it was hard to hear each other and there was music but it just made the noise worse. We couldn't even hear what the music was.

While the whole staff is accommodating and professional, our server Julia was so kind and amazing, I will ask for her in my future visits! The spaghetti bolognese is always delicious.

Understaffed. Food took 45 minutes to come. The lettuce was old and browned on the edges. Not fresh cut. The portions were small and didnt taste good.
