Gravely disappointing experience. Bread was definitely the best part. Which is not saying much, It was served with unsalted butter and not a typical Tuscan olive oil. My food was served to me dead cold and was uncomfortably sweet( I ordered the mushroom ravioli). I took maybe three bites and tried to wash it down with the Pinot grigio. The wine had a vinegar taste to it. I came with a group of about 10 people. All of us in the service industry. We know how these things are supposed to go and that sometimes staff need grace. However, our server needed training or someone to come help because they were proving themself incompetent. I was just trying to enjoy the company of my friends and share a nice meal. I was only successful in one of those endeavors. It was my first time. I will not return. I do not recommend this location to others. Please, save yourself from dissatisfaction.

As a large group from Diamond Tours, we were quite honestly not expecting to have such a wonderful dining experience!! Typically, service for groups of over 25 people are notoriously troubled but not tonight. From the friendly gentleman that greeted us warmly and seated us to our awesome server, Robin, who even laughed at all our jokes & travel stories everything was great. The food was served promptly, delicious and the dessert (tiramisu) was exceptional! We will come again soon and ask for Robin again! Thank you once again for such an enjoyable experience.
Vegetarian options: Plenty of meatless pasta dishes to choose from and several salads, too.
I had a wonderful time! My waitress was Julia Lucas, she was wonderful, always made sure our drinks were full and was just overall made our experience wonderful

Boy has this place gone downhill. It used to be great years ago. To start, it took them 15 minutes to seat our party, even with arriving on time for our reservation, and half the restaurant being empty. Next it took 20 minutes just to get the drinks we ordered. Then an hour and 20 minutes from the time we arrived to get our mediocre food. If things keep up, they'll be out of business soon. Only half full on a Friday night, so the other customers must be noticing.
