Got seated on a Friday afternoon and it wasn’t busy. Sat for 20 minutes watching 3 different servers serve everyone else around us but us. Got up and just walked out…can’t even imagine what it is like if it was busy

Shoes nearly got stuck to the bathroom floor. It was disgusting. I talked to the staff and they did….. not…… care. The food was mid, hated that it cost our family of 5 a $100 for a meal and then to have the bathroom look the way they did was awful.

My husband and I came down for the night. When we entered the place was packed, was greeted and told there would be an hour wait unless we sat outside. We had a seat next to the river with an amazing view. We ordered the Gator Balls for an appetizer and they just don't miss! We received them within about 10 minutes of ordering. We also ordered a sampler platter to share and you get so much at a decent price! That platter was out within 15 minutes! We've been here before and plan on coming back! We were in an out in less than an hour!

Great place for bar food and drinks. The fried cheese curds appetizer is so good... one of the best ones we've ever had! Also the boneless wings are tasty, very meaty and not too much breading.

Not sure how long the servers get to greet tables, but more than 5 minutes is a little much to me. Our server was polite but definitely seemed upset when I asked a drink to be removed from my bill because I didn’t drink it nor want it. I took full responsibility for ordering my drink without a salt rim by accident but when I addressed it to my waitress and asked for it to be remade she brought me my exact same drink just in a glass with no rim and didn’t even care to explain to me that the bar would not remake it. I could already tell because it was at the same amount when i gave her the drink but I decided to taste the drink anyway. Once i expressed to her that I was still unhappy she told me that “the bar would not remake it with it being an alcoholic beverage,” and that “it probably can’t be taken off the bill because it’s alcohol.” I simply told her that I did not even drink the beverage so I didn’t understand why not. She said she’d ask and brought us back the check and asked if we wanted boxes. She never addressed that the issue was fixed and seemed upset by the situation. I’m a waiter as well and simply expect better hospitality. I don’t see the issue in remaking a drink if the customer is unhappy with it. The only reason why I didn’t ask to have a bare rim was because when I looked around the restaurant I just seemed to only see plastic cups so I assumed my drink wouldn’t come in a glass.

This place has the best jalapeño burger I've ever had! Definitely would recommend it! The chips could use some salt though...over all a good place to eat!
Upon entering, we almost left bc we just felt bad for the servers having to wear such exploitative attire. Those tight shorts are for the gym and maybe not even the gym. The burgers were small and just okay, not at all what we expected for a touristy area. It also took a long time to get our food and the fries were barely warm, so we asked for hot ones. Our server was okay, but definitely not super friendly. She barely spoke to us and when we asked for hot fries, she said nothing, just brought new ones. I even apologized for the inconvenience, but she did not apologize for my inconvenience. I know the kitchen was at fault, but she could have said something, anything, just to show that she had customer service skills. We felt like she was literally just there for a paycheck. Overall, we were pretty disappointed and we won't be back.
Parking: Park near the pizzeria and Mike's Burgers to walk to the levee. It's not far and the meter parking is much cheaper than the garage.

Came on a Monday for lunch when it was slow, but the experience was awesome. Great food and the waitress was nice. Would definitely come back to watch a football game. The cheese curds are definitely worth the hype and best thing on the menu. Mango habanero sauce was sweeter than hot

We're from Cali. Liked the size of location, the music & the quick service. Not to fond of the waitresses attire but I guess it's their version of Hooters but butt girls.
The food was ok. I had the quesadilla burger & that's very creative just the meat had no seasoning at all so wasn't the best. I likes the crunchyness of tortilla & amount of ingredients.
The fries were good.
The others ordered a bacon burger & regular burger & said it was ok. They had the kids chicken tenders & they were good. Plus some wings that were very strong in smell like vinegar. We had water & soda.
The best thing was the desert CHURROS WITH CHOCOLATE & CARMEL SYRUP ON SIDES WITH 2 SCOOPS ICE CREAM !! YUMMMMY !!!
