Legitimately felt scammed after leaving this restaurant. Food tasted okay but the boneless wings were so small, it looked like it was a kid’s meal. We also ordered a gin and tonic. The menu said it was $1.50 because of their happy hour deal and we were charged $6. The bill was $50 for 2 and we still left the place hungry. The host was also rude and the service was slow even though it wasn’t busy.

First time there The food was terrible I called in today The Supervisor at like she didn’t care I went there for my son birthday on April 13 come on now I told her over the phone I didn’t want anything back The supervisor never said let me make it right. I hope you come back again and hopefully you won’t have a bad experience. Wow we didn’t get spoons are fork and no napkins and the supervisor didn’t try to make it right I took all my food home. I didn’t even enjoy it. It’s sad you pay all this money at the restaurant. And they can’t make your food, right? Had to wait 30 minutes for a table and they put us on the patio in the cold I had to ask, can we get a table inside? I have my kids with me I will never go back the food ain’t good at all what is the height for? I’m very upset
Most food choices are good. $3.99 for a side salad was just not worth it. Especially when we're offered it as a choice of side where other sides are free and not told of an upcharge. It was also a below average in taste. You could double the portion and get half a $8 quality salad somewhere else.Wheelchair accessibility: We have a son in a wheelchair and it was easy to get around in.

Our waiter was lovely and the food was decent. Although for almost $2 more for fries the amount was almost laughable. The hostesses on the other hand were both so rude and unpleasant it turned us off for sure. And legit she walked us to our table like she was trying to prank us with how slow she walked us to our table. We watched the same hostess walk other people to their tables and their faces were quite amusing as she slowly and unenthusiastically lead them.Also we had asked for a table outside which they said there was a longer wait for which we said was ok and they sat us inside.

Horrible experience all around. My table had to wait 20 minutes just for drinks and another 20 minutes for the food. We were asking for a fork and one of the workers was ignoring us after repeatedly asking for it. As for the food, it was bland and cold. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger and it had no flavor and for the price of the burger the size was surprisingly small. McDonald's has way better service and food, that alone says a lot. Overall this place is underwhelming, not worth the value for the food, and has horrible service.
We were in town for a volleyball tournament and this restaurant was recommended. Our large group had a great time and the views of Cincinnati from the outdoor area were amazing!

They would not let customer set on the balcony terrace outside I'm pretty sure that's what that was meant for for customers to sit out there for some odd reason they would not let the customer so they lost service plus the customer service is not that great and the food was warm not even hot just poor

Went to Brother's on a busy evening and got friendly service and tasty food quicker than expected. The cheese curds were amazing, best I've ever had.. underrated spot for food and drinks on the Levee, nice big bar with great bartenders as well :)
