If your getting a take-out order good luck finding someone to help. Apparently someone is assigned for take-out orders but they are nowhere to be found and the other employees just stand around looking at you with annoyed indifference. Food is a little overpriced but ok

Awful experience. Ordered 30 wings via Uber eats. They gave my driver an old walk-in order of 10 wings apparently because we both have the same first name. No attention to detail. And the 10 wings I got look like they were cooked 3 days ago.

The food was okay. It seems the quality has fallen off recently on the wings. The sauce (mango habanero) was phenomenal. Fried pickles are fantastic, as always. The server checked on us multiple times and ensured we always had drinks.

I placed an order at 2 pm, for 5:40 so I could be back in time to watch the super bowl. I showed up at 5:40, and they had made my order at 2 pm. They remade it for me, and I finally left around 6:30-6:40 (game had started, missed the first 5 minutes of the game) I get home to realize half of the wings I ordered weren't in there. They had 2 large pans in my bag with only 25 wings in each. I ordered 50 of each. The only good thing I can say is the manager refunded the price of the wings that weren't there after I called and said I wasn't driving back up there.

Plain and simple, mathematics must be a problem. For my delivery I ordered 5 tenders, received 4. Ordered 10 wings received 9. Ordered both salsa and sauce, received 0.

We were 1.7 miles from the restaurant & I also paid the extra $3.99 for the priority delivery. What a waste of $3.99. When i got my order it was totally missing the Chocolate Chunk Brownie. As you can see in the pictures the guacamole that I paid $10.79 for, is maybe 2 Tablespoons of guacamole. I paid for the $10.79 amount & GOT the $1.19 amount, VERY DISAPPOINTING. I may have only use 4 chips, then I was out of guacamole. I still have a ton of chips left over. The mozzarella sticks... I think they maybe have been under a warmer. That's it. They were just a cheese stick inside of a fried outer shell. 🤦🏻♀️ Yup just a cheese stick, nothing more. They are usually melted on the inside. Nope not these. Ubereats are giving back the amount for the brownie & added $5 to my Ubereats account. BBW come on.... You can totally better.

What I did find is "Want to tell us something?" when I filled that out; you told me to follow up with Uber Eats. It is NOT Uber Eats fault that there was NO brownie or that my mozzarella stick were just that Cheese Sticks with breading around them, not even warm I might add. NOR is it Uber Eats fault that I paid $10.79 for guacamole & chips but all I got was the $1.19 side of guacamole.

Not to mention the numerous times I ordered through Uber Eats or DoorDash and they claimed they “never received” the ticket.
Would not recommend this spot. Find your wings elsewhere.
