We were sat at a table that still had sauce stuck to it and handed menus and then sat for 10 minutes and was never approached by a server whole 3 servers kept walking past our table and another stood talking to the bartender. We were totally ignored. As we were exiting I said something to the hostess that sat us and she asked “where were you sat?” At that point we just left. Very poor customer service at this location and I don’t see returning there any time soon.

Hopefully you can get your take out order in less than an hour, I have not been successful.
This place could truly get erased from existence and the world would never know anything but better wings after the fact. Plus how is a ranch cup .99cents now and doesn’t come free with your shitty chicken?

I’m writing to express my frustration with the ongoing decline in food quality at your location. During my most recent visit, the experience was extremely disappointing — the French fries were cold and stale, and the rest of the food was served lukewarm at best, clearly having sat out far too long before being given to customers.
Unfortunately, this was not an isolated issue. I’ve noticed a consistent pattern of poor food quality, which shows a lack of attention to freshness and basic standards. When food is served cold and below expectations, it significantly impacts the overall experience, especially given the prices being charged.
I’ve tried to be patient and give your team the benefit of the doubt, but at this point I will not be returning. For the same cost, there are other nearby restaurants that consistently serve hot, fresh food and maintain better quality control.
I hope this feedback is taken seriously and that improvements are made so future customers do not have a similar experience.

The waiter with braids refused to give us an item on the menu because he “didn’t want to go back and make it” (it was the cookie in a pan)

The lady working the pickup counter was lovely. But the food was terrible. I ate here last week and this week it was like they used different chicken. It was hard and dry even though I picked it up exactly when it was supposed to be ready. I had to spit them out. Very unhappy. Feel like I deserve a refund, won’t be eating here for a while, hope they didn’t change the chicken they’re using.

Nick at Buffalo Wild Wings is a friggin SUPERSTAR SERVER!!! Never had to ask for a refill, and he was on top of every aspect of our family's meal! Very kind, and professional. Couldn't ask for a better experience, even though the surroundings made me nervous at first. He really is great at what he does! Thanks Nick! Appetizer was on point, as well as the entrees. Very satisfied with our experience. Will return!!!

Server literally adjusted my tip to be more than what I originally tipped. I tipped 5$ on a 25$ meal and she made it a 9.25$ tip. Absolutely ridiculous.

My server was very rude
I ordered a takeout order for a Bacon Mac and Cheese burger and when I got back to work the burger had no bacon or Mac on it. The fries were good but I got a plain burger.

⭐ 1/5 — Disappointed with the experience
I placed a pickup order for nachos at 9:30 PM and didn’t end up leaving until 10:10 PM — nearly an hour later for just nachos. My order was messed up twice: the first time, they added toppings I specifically requested to be left off, and when they remade it, they forgot key ingredients that the nachos are supposed to come with.
While I was waiting, another customer even mentioned she had been standing there for 10–15 minutes without anyone asking if she needed help, until she finally had to approach a server herself.
Overall, the service felt unorganized and inattentive. I understand mistakes happen, but this experience was really disappointing — especially for a simple pickup order.
