Horrible service. Waiting for 2 hours. Never received my food. Waitress hardly came to our table and would avoid eye contact bc she knew we were waiting forever. Finally asked for the manager and she deleted our order and said they’ll make it to go. We waited a few more minutes then just left with no food bc we were tired of waiting. Nice manager. Bad service. Wouldn’t recommend.

Food is always good (when/if you get it- topic for another day) albeit the wings are the size of a quarter these days. The worst thing about this place has become the service and most importantly the atmosphere. I can get by with horrible service if I’m content where I am, but walking into this place makes it feel like you’re in a library. They’ve painted the walls black and it feels like you’re sitting in a basement. Couple that with the fact they have turned off any and all sound (music or sports) and you can literally hear the conversation of the person sitting completely across the restaurant. It’s the most depressing “restaurant” I’ve ever been in. Is this a sports bar or a library? If the company is trying to phase out brick and mortar and go completely to “Bdubs Go”, this location is the poster child for it.

Now let’s turn to the service. I rarely sit at a table and prefer the bar, so I can’t speak to any of the servers on the floor, but the bar staff is atrocious. Want a drink? Need napkins or menus? You might as well walk behind the bar and serve yourself because the staff has little interest in helping you. In fact it seems like you’re troubling them by needing anything or being there. Friendly service? Nah. It’s like pulling teeth.

This is no longer a sports bar to come and enjoy games. It’s a pick up window where you eat and get out. Bdubs used to be one of my favorite places to go to watch games but now I leave this location questioning what I just experienced.

set for 15 minutes half empty bar Sitting right in front of the bartender and never got waited on waiting for my group to get here so we can go to another BW threes. This is terrible. Judging from some of the other things, I’ve read it sounds like a bartender probably shouldn’t be here. She is awful before warned.

I ordered a large wedges with queso cheese I ended up getting some hard ass old wedges with shredded cheese be mindful to check your food before you leave I was in the rush so I made that mistake of not checking my food

What service? We were taken to a dirty table, waitress walking SLOWLY away came back , cleaned table, threw some menus down without saying a word and walked away. Didn’t bother with waters , nothing! Only 4 or 5 tables occupied, nobody waiting to be seated but she’s gonna busted some tables instead of serving her CUSTOMERS! Another worker sitting at the bar talking to bartender… Just wow! Will never go back! No wonder businesses are closing left and right.

So, we decided to try to give this restaurant another chance, but through doordash this time. the cheesesteak arrived burnt and there were other items missing from the order as well.
We went to dine in a few weeks ago, and our poor server was seemingly the only one in the whole restaurant that actually cared about her job. From our seat we could see into the kitchen and it looked unhygienic. Coming from someone who has worked in the restaurant industry, it just looked all sorts of wrong. While we were there, there were only two of us dining, and we were there probably an hour and a half and a lot of that was waiting for the food, which i don’t blame the server at all for. it’s not like the restaurant was busy. it was actually quite the opposite. the men that we saw working all seemed like they could care less, standing around and chatting with each other, and the women seemed to be the only ones actually working and trying to do a good job. Call me sexist all you want, but i’m just stating what i saw. It was just unreal. I truly felt bad for our server. a hard worker like that deserves a better work environment.
I’m not one to be a karen, but something has to change and the only way that can happen is if someone calls out what they see so they know what needs to be fixed. I don’t know what’s going on with this store, or just buffalo wild wings in general, but this is also the second location that hasn’t even been decent.

Wing quality has went down hill bad wings much smaller and bones break weird color and price just keeps getting higher .. not worth the price anymore for what you get .

Wasn't very busy when went. All TVs were set to the same channel (college baseball). My wife's burger tasted like a dressed-up JTM patty. My wings felt dry and overcooked. Wrong sauce on one order but didn't care. The kid asked for sauce on the side came out smoothed and had to wait forever for a 2nd order.

Sadly BWS was a business I've avoided for a while. Quality has tanked over the years and price has continued climb, but thought we'd give it a shot. Only ended up confirming my position. 🤷‍♂️

Placed online order here. Missing sauces, cutlery, and veggies. When calling to inform them of this, the first time no one answered the phone and it auto hung up on me. Second time someone answered and placed me on hold to which i waited another few minutes then gave up. Be careful ordering online.
